The hotel staff was very helpful during the check-in and check-out process, but there were no room facilities (soap, shampoo, and toothbrush), so guests had to bring their own toiletries. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling.

The room door was broken and asked to be repaired but it was not done, hot water is only available on the ground floor, the 2nd and 3rd floors are said to be broken, even though the hotel staff is lazy to replace the gallon of water. The parking lot is also narrow and no one is guarding it.

Comfortable accommodation at affordable prices with top quality, available rooms for 1 person, can check in early with a fast process besides the room is always kept clean regularly by the hotel staff, 5 very memorable nights here while I took the test without any disturbance at all, for those looking for accommodation in Palembang especially the Demang area, Khalifah could be the right choice.

This hotel is the best, the rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are friendly, all the room facilities are functioning well, suitable for staying with family. What I like the most here is that you have to show a marriage certificate for married couples and do not allow unmarried couples to stay in one room. Then prayer mats and mukenah are provided plus the direction of the qibla, the only minus is that we have to find food outside. The hotel's suggestion is to prepare a restaurant to make it even better. If I go to Palembang again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Khalifah Hotel

This is the 2nd time staying and quite long for 4 days. Check in and out is easy not complicated, the staff also helps the process. It's just that our suggestion is to repaint it so that it looks cleaner and brighter again, but it's not too disturbing. AC, water, wifi, electricity are safe and smooth. The location of the hotel is very close to hits places, it is very easy to get to several places, both malls, or other public places. Still, this hotel is still the place we will choose if we visit Palembang again.

Check-in around 7 pm, easy and practical with the help of Tokopedia. The room is quite comfortable and okay. The hotel environment is in a housing complex and not too noisy because of vehicles. Anyway, it's very comfortable to stay here. I have a test when I stay 👍🏻
