Overall, it's satisfying. The downside is 1, there's no ATM, but all transactions inside can be done using QRIS, so if you need cash, prepare it before you arrive, or go to the ATM downstairs to the highway. I'm really satisfied staying here, especially since the refrigerator is really cold! Unlike the others, the refrigerator is just a display, lol, this one has a really cool freezer 😍 Nice view, spacious room, smooth water heater, all the facilities are okay!

the friendly staff must always be maintained, the staff are really cool.
clean room..
the lobby smells really good..
check in is not complicated, you have to put your ID card and deposit.
check out is not complicated, you have to wait long to put the key when you get home.
when you enter the room, your suitcase is carried to the room.
there is also a car to go back and forth.
child-friendly hotel.
in short, this hotel is highly recommended.

👍🏻: all facilities are good. I can say hidden gem. The view is incredible, the facilities quite complete for gateaway from jakarta and only stay at the resort, with pool, kids playground, restaurant, green house. The design is super nice. If you like nature you will love to stay here.😢: room service was taking 2 hours to get my food coming. So if you are hungry, better you come directly to restaurant. The hotel contour is not flat. Even though hotel provide shuttle, it will take too long to wait until they will come. So better just walk up. And avoid to check out at the same time other check out, because it will take long time for the staff to take your stuff from the room. This hotel is not wheelchair friendly.

For the room & facilities are okay, cleanliness is also maintained. The breakfast variants are okay, but for the taste, maybe it can still be improved.
Just want to give a little advice for Kianmas, during my stay with my husband, our goal was actually to find peace. However, it turned out that there were quite a lot of events that were booked in groups (the first group at the bottle resto & the second group in the field area near the swimming pool), and both groups used loudspeakers that were quite loud so that they disturbed the comfort of the hotel guests who stayed.
Maybe it can be a consideration for the future because it reduces the comfort of resting.

For the first time I invited my extended family to stay at Kianmas Boutique Resort Ciawi. My impression and my family
Overall recommended family & friends resort because the interior and room furniture are quite functional and simple.
Varied breakfast, friendly and fast response staff and strategic location of the resort and far from traffic jams.
However, for children's facilities are less varied, there is still a swimming pool but it is quite enough for a place to play. This resort is highly recommended for those of you who are instagrammable and like to take pictures, because this resort has a good design & spots for taking pictures.
Suggestion:
It is better for guest communication from the room to the receptionist to provide a room telephone to make it easier for guests to do what they need, which now only relies on communication via WhatsApp as a means of communication for guest needs.
