The water tap was broken and not fixed. I asked for extra money but there was so much damage that the door was difficult to open. Please fix it again if you want to ask for extra money.

The hotel staff is very unfriendly. Please improve the service.

Not according to the picture. The water is not flowing smoothly. It's better to use a Sanyo machine, sir, so there is water, haha. It's a shame for guests who come all the way to stay but the water is not flowing.

Pada awalnya saya tertarik setelah melihat foto dan deskripsi tempat Kirribilli Guest House Syariah ini untuk menginap bersama keluarga, tetapi alhasil saya sangat kecewa karena sudah booking dan menginap untuk 2 malam tanggal 23 Desember 2023 sampai dengan 25 Desember 2023, tempat tidak sesuai dengan yang ditawarkan melalui aplikasi Traveloka. Saat check in tidak ada namanya meja resepsionis yang ada hanya seperti pos jaga tempat dan juga pelayanan buruk juga kurang humanis, kamar saya tempat akses masuk melewati dapur umum sungguh tidak etis dan kurang baik (jorok dan kotor), saya mau mandi saja harus lapor dulu ke pelayannya untuk menyalakan air booster untuk shower mandi sangat merepotkan mesti harus lapor terlebih dahulu, dengan terpaksa saya dan keluarga keesokan pagi harinya ditanggal 24 Desember 2023 melakukan check out padahal seharusnya kami check out di tanggal 25 Desember 2023 dan dengan terpaksa dan kecewa kami rugi 1 malam sudah bayar lunas via aplikasi lumayan mahal dan merugi. Akhirnya kami mencari tempat penginapan lain walaupun sebenarnya rugi dan sangat kecewa. Saya beri saran untuk traveloka lakukan blacklist terhadap tempat penginapan ini, terima kasih.

There is no table in the room, only a small stool. Even though the table is more important than the bench. There is no mirror in the room. The room also leaked, so the mattress got wet. You only get 1 soap while the number of guests is 2 people. I also didn't get toothpaste & toothbrush. There is no mineral water either. The rooms are very, very narrow.

There is no trash can in the room + the water is not strong enough. Overall good.

The shower water for bathing has a small flow and is not strong, it still needs a lot of improvement 😩.

Photos do not match the conditions at the location. When I arrived the lights and water wouldn't turn on.

It's actually comfortable, easy to access anywhere in Banjarbaru because it's near the main road. Most of the room is a bit cramped, especially the bathroom, except for the design of the room for two. With that price it's not bad. No clothes hangers.

The receptionist is friendly, the price is relatively cheap and the place is on the edge of the highway so it's easy to access everywhere, yesterday prepared 1 bar soap (no shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste and so on) provided 1 prayer mat and towel, no mineral water, no water either small, if you want to take a shower you have to go to the receptionist to ask for the water to be blown up. Is it the same price or not?

Okay, it's in the middle of the city and near Indomart and places to eat.
