For prospective guests, please be wiser, I as a customer am really helped by this house. For the comments that I read from previous visitors are relative, not necessarily valid, it all depends on each of you. the staff is very friendly. The room is spacious, the AC in the room is cool, there is wifi. There is also a dispenser if you want to refill drinking water. only, although there are clean, fragrant towels, the other is not provided. I was a bit confused yesterday that I had to buy soap first because I didn't bring it. overall okay, thank you

Yes, according to the price. There are no toiletries (soap, etc.) and the room is dusty. The guard will chat with us asking what time we want to leave. And ask for souvenirs, aka cigarettes, when we leave. Even in the morning, we chat, whether we are awake or not. Either we are reminded to check out or what.

The place is actually comfortable, clean and the price is worth it, but the feel is kind of haunted and it's a long way to go anywhere like minimarkets, ATMs and so on. Maybe you could add more lighting to each room and for the bathroom there are also some facilities that need to be improved 🙏.

This is a review for De Lugano-Lugano lodgings because I was transferred from my original lodging. The location and cuisine are very good, but the rooms are lacking in my opinion (not very clean, the toilets are also not very clean and the AC is also very lacking).

It's really comfortable, 1 room in the form of a pavilion with a view of the city of Jakarta, I really didn't expect to get a room as comfortable as this. Maybe just suggest that you replace the TV with a bigger one and be thankful you get Netflix service, hehe. This is really suitable for those who want to staycation alone or with friends.
