Found this Clemmie Huis hotel by accident, because I was looking for a place to stay for a relative who was having an event near Kotabaru. The hotel is in a classic Dutch style, in accordance with the choice of its name. But make no mistake, this hotel is designed in such a way that it is aesthetic and comfortable. Just entering the lobby is cool, greeted by friendly staff and round tables and chairs and various room accessories and don't forget the kutus-kutus oil product which is indeed a product of the owner of Celmmie Huis. This hotel has two floors (CMIIW), in the middle is a garden with a fountain and there are room balconies that lead to the garden. Access to the room also requires us to go through the stairs above the restaurant. The room is clean and tidy, equipped with AC and TV. The floor has a knitted carpet in a circle shape. The bathroom is clean and there is a large cupboard to store things. Oh yeah, this hotel doesn't provide breakfast. But don't worry, around the hotel there are many culinary delights ready to be tried. Well, if you are looking for a place to stay in Kotabaru or around Gramedia, Clemmie Huis is a great choice to relax. Moreover, many of the reviews are positive. Let's try it!

I have stayed here several times A very strategic location, unique rooms and atmosphere, and always friendly staff. However, this time the management must immediately replace all the sheets and towels, it can't be helped by just having them laundered. It's a shame for the staff and employees if they keep complaining. The staff and employees have been very kind and helpful. Thank you.

The room is classic, spacious, feels like living in an old Dutch house. The house is well maintained. There is a garden in front of the room, there is also a fountain. Suitable for those who want healing with a classic atmosphere. The only good bathroom is downstairs, the upstairs room does not have good drainage. Hot water is smooth, and the staff is very responsive in handling complaints. The location is very strategic, close to my favorite Nasi Goreng when I was in college, Padmanaba Beef Fried Rice. And Toko Kopi Tuku is also very close to there. The only minus is that it is not soundproof, if there is a music concert going on.

BEST. Strategic location close to Galeria, Raminten and only 5 minutes to Malioboro. Spacious room, cold AC, friendly staff👍👍. Many coffee shops and places to eat around. Overall, it's great 👍👍👍👍👍

I didn't expect the location to be right in the middle of Jogja city, and the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is super comfortable, the mattress feels like a 4-star hotel, if I go to Jogja I won't miss staying here again, thank you kutus-kutus ❤️

The atmosphere is vintage but still comfortable. Many trees but no mosquitoes. The location is very close to the city center and Lempuyangan Street. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very kind and friendly. Highly recommended to stay here for a staycation or any trip

The rooms and buildings are typical of the past, the layout, circulation, and lighting are very good, almost all the room balconies face the garden in the middle. With a strategic location, in the middle of the city, only 11 rooms, it feels like being at home. Friendly staff, clean rooms, my wife and I even extended because we felt at home. The parking lot is just right, only lacking officers on standby in front. Should increase the price again, but breakfast variations are added. But, all is very well.

Lokasi strategis. Jalan kaki banyak cafe dan resto termasuk Raminten. Kamar bersih, wifi kencang, amart tv, ac dan ada kettler. Semua serba antik. Sarapan sederhana (1 sayur 1 lauk, cemilan kue, buah, kopi, teh, roti). Minus: kamar mandi interornya baik, air panas oke. Sayang sabunnya wanginya aneh, saluran pembuangan airnya mampet, lama sekali air nya terbuang sehingga menggenang dan ada bau tidak sedap. Mohon diperbaiki. Selebihnya okee
