There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, please evaluate and provide a solution.

Hopefully it will be improved again, especially the cleanliness of the glasses in the cafe.

This is the third time to Langsa and the first time staying here and did not expect in this small city to get a hotel with complete facilities, clean rooms, swimming pool, cafe and already has Netflix. Next. So the choice to come back again 🩵🩵

Over priced for a hotel with only a swimming pool and a very minimalist breakfast menu.

Everyone's experience is different, in my opinion it's not worth it for that price, the price of a 4 star but far different from a 4 star in Medan, limited number per room and if more than 2 adults must have an extra bed, I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels in Medan many times and there has never been that rule, except at Oyo. There were stains on the sheets, I don't know what kind of marks, the water heater was not on standby in the room, the AC was not cold, breakfast was not ready according to the specified time, in the end I had breakfast outside, the food was not varied, the swimming pool was nice and instagrammable, the staff were all kind and fast.

The room and breakfast rates provided are not commensurate, hopefully this can be improved in the future.

The breakfast is terrible. I stayed for 2 days and booked 2 rooms but never got breakfast.

Kamar bersih, kamar mandi bersih, air hangat berfungi dengan baik. Kekurangannya hanya di sarapan saja, terlambat tersedia dan menu kurang variatif. Tapi overall hotel ini highly recommended untuk menginap di Langsa.

Hotelnya lumanyan bagus, namun Harga per malam yang mencapai 800ribu s. D 1 juta tidak worth it dengan fasilitas dan service yang kita terima. Misalnya, Kamar tidak bersih, banyak rambut-rambut di lantai dan di atas sprei dan di dalam bed cover. Saya gak tau apakah dibersihkan atau tidak. Kedua, WC setelah ditutup dan selanjutnya dibuka sangat bau selokan naik ke atas. Ketiga yang paling kacau, saat sarapan Pagi menu-nya MAsya Allah yang ada cuma nasi goreng, ayam sedikit, lainnya tidak ada. Saya tanya apakah ada buah? Pelayannya menjawab tidak ada. Setyelah saya complain, baru mereka pergi ke dapur potong semangka kasih ke saya. Luar biaya Hotel ini. Kasihan saja, investasi dah besar-besar tapi tidak bisa memberi pelayanan dan service yang memadai kepada tamu. Kasihan kalau hotel ini akan ditinggalkan suatu saat nanti oleh tamunya. Semoga mereka dapat berbenah dan menjadi lebih baik. KeEmapt adalah, karena lokasi hotel ini di kota, sangat bising sekali dengan suara Wallet dan juga suara kenderaan yang masuk ke dalam kamar saat kita beristirahat.

Kamar panas ac tidak dingin, pelayanan oke jam 3 malam saya dibantu dan diperbolehkan pindah ke kamar yang dingin.

This hotel is very good. Highly recommended👍. Good service, friendly and fast staff. Here are the pluses and minuses when I died, I hope this helps. The pluses: - Whatsapp replies quickly, I confirmed because check-in was late. - location in the city, easy to use gmaps. 1 floor towel, 2 toothbrushes & toothpaste, 2 hotel slippers, 1 clothes hanger, 2 glasses, 2 mineral waters 350ml/day, prayer mat and Al-Quran. - Clear Qibla. - Cold room AC. - Ke*ng brand bed small. The quality of sleep is comfortable. - clean environment and clean rooms. - delicious food & drinks, standard prices. (Can be ordered via Whatsapp available). The minus: - because when I arrived it was already dark, the hotel building was slightly overlooked because the L'Ruma sign was covered by plants. - only 1 type of breakfast was provided, the minus was because I brought a 1 year old child so there were no other eating options for the children - child. - the hot water waits for about 2-3 minutes from the shower being turned on before the water starts to warm. - on the evening of the first day of my stay, suddenly there was a very strong smell of cigarettes in the room, especially the bathroom (I was shocked because I asked for an additional note at the time booking for "Smoking-free area", sorry, my family and I can't stand cigarette smoke, it feels very crowded, especially since I also brought a small child), so I tried to leave the room, in the hallway the room turned out to be even smellier, I complained via Whatsapp and They immediately checked, it turned out there was someone smoking in the private room even though it was clear that the room had a No Smoking sign. This private room is on the 1st floor, only the front is closed, but the roof is connected to the 2nd floor. That's what causes the cigarette smoke to rise and make the whole room smell. Guests from other rooms also left because of the smell of cigarettes. The smell sticks to the hijab and clothes I wear. It didn't take long for them to provide a solution to open the hallway window and spray air freshener. 👍. Sorry if there is something you don't like, thank you, I hope this helps 🤗.

Hotelnya homey banget, nyaman dan harum dari mulai lobby. Harga murah via aplikasi, kalo on the spot 900rb permalam. So inshaAllah bakalan nginap lagi di sini. Usul aja neh sarapan lebih banyak pilihan ya (itu aja).

The room is clean and neat. The staff is awesome, the price quite expensive but my problem is the air conditioner is so HOT. I've called the receptionist and he sends guy to check and say that"Ini sudah dingin maksimal Pak". Better looking for another hotel so you can sleep well.

Pelayanan sangat bagus dan kamar sangat bagus dan bersih.

Bersih dan nyaman untuk bersama keluarga. Transit dan melepas penat di jalan sejenak serta anak-anak menikmati kolam renangnya. Recommended.

Requests at the time of booking were ignored, i.e. please the room is not at the end of the hall. When asked, I was lied to: a fullbook deluxe room by the local government. Even though I observed that there was only 1 car in the parking lot, breakfast was only seen by 1 person. I even saw someone looking at a deluxe type room that was still empty. Being lied to is very disappointing.
