The staff is fine, but there is a lack of communication. I asked what time breakfast starts, the receptionist answered that it is ready at 6.30-6.30. At 6.30 I went to the restaurant, there was no one there, there was no food or drink at all, even though I had to eat at that time because I was taking medication, and it turned out that their restaurant for the day I stayed did not provide breakfast at the restaurant but rather ordered it to be delivered to each room, but I as a guest was not informed, and had to wait another hour for food to be made.

I chose a hotel that could check in right away because I just arrived in Surabaya at 2 am. The check-in process was fast, the room was clean, and the bathroom was also clean. Luckily it wasn't noisy in the morning.

I asked the receptionist if I could order a cake for my son's birthday surprise. Information from the receptionist that there is no bakery at the hotel. Actually it's not a problem, but I kind of wish there was more initiative from the staff to help me. Only informed about the location of the nearest cake shop because I asked. Maybe next time the hotel staff can take more initiative to help guests. Apart from that, please improve the TV signal in the room.

I checked in at 21.00, I got room 301 where the AC was too cold and I set the temperature to the hottest it was still very cold then I turned off the AC and it was still too cold, it seemed like the AC controller wasn't working, I called the receptionist and he said he wanted to bring a technician but he didn't. I came because it was late I wanted to rest and I asked to move rooms and they weren't given it, finally I went back down to the receptionist asking to move rooms because I was tired and couldn't rest because it was cold, finally I was moved to room 305, in this room the AC was normal.

It's quite fun, friendly, clean, the food is also okay, unfortunately the swimming pool doesn't provide towels so after swimming through the lobby to the elevator we get wet, and the bathroom in the room can't be locked so if you're eek I'm a bit worried, but overall it's okay for me and my family + the children were quite satisfied.
