Staying with family during the 2025 Chinese New Year holiday, the lighting in the room was lacking so it felt scary, I got a room at the back, the staff was less responsive, there was no drinking water and glasses in the room, the food was less varied

+ Strategic location, clean yard, nice view outside. - The TV channel in the room suddenly disappeared, the electricity in the room suddenly went off partially, the service from the receptionist was not friendly, the hotel atmosphere at night looked dark, in the hallway to the room on the 2nd floor above the reception there is a display of photos of women (said to be the owner) but sorry it adds to the scary impression and makes you uncomfortable, the KM facilities are minimal and you have to ask the receptionist first,

Saya cukup puas dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas yang saya terima selama menginap. Taman cantik yang terawat dan exterior/interior hotel yang bagus dan udara sejuk membuat hotel ini cocok untuk dijadikan tempat peristirahatan bahkan dilengkapi dengan musholla yang lumayan luas. Hotel ini memiliki tipe kamar terendah deluxe, selebihnya super deluxe, family dan VIP dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan yang diberikan harga yang ditawarkan menurut saya sudah sesuai apalagi ditambah dengan fasilitas kolam renang dan fasilitas sauna yang bisa digunakan oleh penginap/tamu hotel. Fasilitas kamar yang saya tempati tipe deluxe cukup memadai meski channel tv masih lokal, tapi blower kamar mandi mati (atau dimatikan?), gedung tempat kamar-kamar yang bertipe deluxe saat turun hujan bocor di bagian living room dan terasnya saran saya harus segera diperbaiki. Di saat tamu hotel tidak banyak breakfast di restoran tidak menggelar makanannya secara buffet atau prasmanan tapi dilakukan secara alacarte tamu diminta memilih makanan pada menu yang disediakan menurut saya ini hal yang luar biasa karena jarang sekali saya mendapatkan breakfast seperti ini.

Staying 2 nights at La Oma Hotel was very enjoyable and very satisfying. The only drawback is 1, the AC in my room (317) had a problem so it went on and off every 1 hour. Even though the hotel is 3 stars, the service, food and everything else is 5 stars. The staff are friendly, from the security guard to the room cleaning department. Holidays are safe and enjoyable, thank you La Oma Hotel.

We had a great stay at La Oma! Kids were having fun in the park, we enjoyed the good food and the chill weather ambience. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room were clean and tidy. Will definitely come back for a holiday stays 👍

A pleasant and memorable experience staying here. The beautiful view inside the hotel and the cold air makes it even more comfortable. Moreover, the view of the room is facing the tea garden. The breakfast menu is quite varied and delicious. Staff are friendly and responsive. At 8 pm get snacks and ginger drinks. Children also like to swim in the pool even though it's cold but it was fun. Hopefully we can return to stay at this hotel. Keep up the good work.

We as a family of 3 stayed on November 5-6 2022. To get to the location is not too difficult. Available on maps. The first impression is coming and entering the car park, it's a shady place. But there is no welcome. We went straight to the receptionist to check in. Well received + fast. Get a welcome drink. Then the staff was called to bring our goods. We got a room on the 2nd floor. The room is quite spacious, has a balcony, is clean, has air conditioning, an indoor toilet, and there is cable TV. The atmosphere of the hotel is not too crowded (although when ordering the room it seems as if it is full because of the weekend). We enjoyed the afternoon atmosphere in the garden + hotel gazebo, landscape + hardscape, it was really fun. Dirty + quiet pool behind the hotel. Clean + serene garden. At night there is promised a bonfire if it doesn't rain. Oh, it's raining. So that night we just enjoyed dinner + snacks instead of the bonfire event. The food is delicious. Finally that night we could sleep soundly because the atmosphere of the hotel was also quiet. In the morning we woke up, showered, and then had breakfast. The breakfast menu is not much. But delicious too. Finally at 10.30 WIB we checked out. We are happy with the atmosphere of the hotel which is quiet, clean, leafy, even though the staff service is not optimal when welcoming and not responding quickly when we order extra beds. Overall, we can understand because of conditions like today where the average hotel occupancy drops and we still recommend this hotel. Good La Oma Lembang, improve performance.

1. There is no wifi in the room, it has been confirmed by the hotel staff that indeed the rooms at la oma cannot enter wifi. 2. There are very few TV broadcasts, in fact the broadcast was interrupted with a statement that you have not subscribed as I photographed. Just fixed it at 11.3 at noon. The average staff is friendly, it's just that there is 1 staff who usually handles breakfast, male staff who if asked the answer arbitrarily and make the breakfast mood broken. 4. First day breakfast menu: chicken porridge, fried rice, fried noodles, fried chicken, omelette, broccoli, bread, papaya and watermelon. That's the menu. And it was very crowded, just arriving at 7 o'clock had already run out and had to wait quite a while to get the menus to be refilled. 5. Don't come at 9 for breakfast because the menu will run out and will not be refilled again. 6. The breakfast menu for the second day: yellow rice, fried vermicelli, fried chicken, dry tempeh, bread, fruit. At 8.45 the pieces have been sold out and can't ask for more because they are out of stock. 7. The hotel lobby is for car parking, so if you bring your family and it's raining, you can't stop in the lobby because the lobby is for car parking. Just found this hotel in the lobby for parking. 8. You have to ask the receptionist for sandals, the only amenities are toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo. There is a hairdryer. That's my experience staying at la oma. Will I be back? For the price of 750,000 / night with breakfast. Big no
