The hotel staff is friendly, but it's a shame there's no Alfa/Indo near the hotel, even small shops are far away so it's a bit difficult if you want to buy something... but the hotel is really nice, clean and comfortable

Please fix the shower in the bathroom of room 702, water only comes out of approximately 10 holes. The faucet in the sink can come off. Please pay more attention to the maintenance of the facilities. The towels should be rejuvenated because they are no longer white. The sheets and pillowcases are very clean.

• Hotel: Comfortable, clean, staff are also quite friendly, unfortunately there is no bellboy in the lobby, suggestion for the AC in the corridor of the room should be kept on so that the air is not stuffy, strategic location in the middle of Solo city & lots of culinary near the hotel.
• Room: Quite clean, AC is quite cold, TV is not clear & channels are not many, drinking water heater seems not washed because there is still water in it or has been washed but not dried.
• Bathroom: Clean, just a bit musty smell, toothbrush & toothpaste provided, but no shampoo + soap.
• Breakfast: Maybe a little variation of the menu can be added, the taste is quite good, the staff are friendly.
In my opinion, this hotel is recommended, next time I go to Solo maybe I will stay here again 👍🏼
