Hotels near Ancol Dreamland

Everythings are okay, but check in process took a long time to finish.

This property really needs a serious upgrade to keep competitive with the surrounds hotels.

For a four-star hotel, I was expecting more in terms of room comfort. I was hoping for carpet flooring instead of just tile. Additionally, the amenities felt a bit lacking. Also, the food variety didn't live up to the price. There weren't many buffet options, which was disappointing for what I paid. Otherwise, the hotel is quite family-friendly. My kid had a great time at the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The staff was also very accommodating to families. There were also activities and entertainment options geared towards children, making it a pleasant stay for families overall.

Its stil OK, but when night comes, the lift not function, maybe for cost saving 😁.

Overall we got a clean room. For the advise: the towels need to be changed with newer because those look old.

Hotelnya OK, resepsionisnya gercep cm nggu 1 menit bs lgs msk kamar. Kamar ckup bersih, handuk wangi. Sabun dan shampoo proper. Kasur cukup, bukan poket spring, tapi ckup you/ semalam, ac bersih semaleman tidur ga bikin tengg kering. Dikasih free water. Minusnya: pintu susah nutup, sama condensor ac tetangga ckup berisik ngung ngung sepanjang malem🤭

Good for family vacation. Bathroom shower was leaked and some furniture are old. Nice environment and pool. Overall still a nice place to spend time with family.

Very dirty place, the toilet, bed, ground everything is so dirty, very disgusting place. Make all body so itchy. Very smell place. Don't trust about the photo that post on the app, because already edited by filter. The bed spring so soft and will make your body get pain and make all your body itchy. I think they don't change the bed cover, even still have so many mark and dirty. Really really disgusting. So disappointed.
