Waktu saya coba Check-in by phone resepsionis tidak bisa kasi informasi yg pasti apakah bisa early check in, seperti yg saya request di app. Saya tiba 1/2 jam sebelum jam check in yg ditetapkan pihak hotel, ternyata kamar yg saya pilih sebenarnya ready dan bisa saya check in lebih awal. Hanya resepsionisnya saja tidak mau kasi informasi (mungkin kebijakan hotel) Tapi secara keseluruhan pelayanan hotel bagus. Kamat kedap suara. Makanan bervariasi. Sabtu minggu rame yg nginap. Terima kasih eL hotel dan traveloka

All night long we heard some pounding noise in the back ground. We called and someone came in to check and told us it came from the mall. They could not do anything. No sleep for us.

The room was not neat. Cockroaches all over the places including bathrooms and bed. The cleanliness was awful 🤦🏻 ♂😏.

It's really recommend apartment if you wanna stay with your friend or family for more than 2 person. This apartment have kitchen with complete utilities like stove, dispenser, refrigerator, microwave and tableware. This apartment have clean toilet and complete toilet stuffs. This apartment have 2 bed room with queen size. This apartment have 2 TV, in living room and 1 bed room. This apartment also have ironing, straightening, hairdryer, and also washing machine. You don't have to be worried to get some foods at night because the location is very strategic, there is MOI (Mall of Indonesia) and some 24 hours store.
