I stayed here during Eid Fitr holiday for transit (Surabaya to Jakarta trip). This hotel is conveniently located near toll road and easy to reach. Their staffs are friendly and ready to help. I was requested to take out my breakfast because of early check-out and they can fulfil it. I hope I can have a longer stay when I get the chance.

They stay was very good, indeed a resort in the middle of the city. Although the building looks a bit old, it was well maintained. Staff is very helpful and very polite. Overall nice stay, definitely will come back!

We spent one night in superior room, standard facilities (mostly old fashioned, manual or conventional usage model). Nice and serene hotel environment. Breakfast menu was tasty albeit limited variation.

The room is comfortable, the AC is cold, the only drawback is that the towels smell musty, which isn't very nice. Good breakfast, quite a lot of variety, the taste is right, delicious. The resort is really spacious, you can take a walk in the morning, the air is cool because there are lots of trees. The large swimming pool can play basketball and tennis. Get a free bread gift

I have stayed at this hotel several times, because the location is quite okay close to the city and close to supermarkets and places to eat. The service is quite good. Only this time the input for the room is more attention to cleanliness, because when I first checked in the room was dusty. The floor was not clean, the sheets were a bit damp and smelly and the room smelled 'musty', only after I gave a comment to housekeeping on the second day it was cleaned. Just tried the fitness facilities and they are also not maintained, the treadmill was broken after being used, and other equipment was also broken and rusty, the dispenser and gallon water were not maintained and the place was dusty.
