For the elderly, it's not suitable because there are lots of stairs, the place is very natural, the prices are decent, the service is friendly, the food is okay.

Villa bersih dan bagus. Fasilitas di lingkungan villa juga bersih dengan pemandangan yang indah dan banyak spot foto menarik. Makanan juga enak, hanya breakfast sangat sederhana dibandingkan dengan harga villa. Main air di sungai menjadi aktivitas yang menyenangkan karena airnya sangat jernih dan cukup deras. Kekurangannya air shower di kamar mandi villa kecil apalagi saat pemanas air menyala.

I wanted to give a good review, but I got lazy. My sister's MCI necklace was left in the villa room and I only remembered it when I got home. Why didn't the villa confirm that the villa staff who cleaned the room I was staying in found my belongings that were left behind? Called many times with no answer. And what's worse, the villa said that 1 towel in our room was missing, even though I really remember when we were about to check out I counted 5 towels myself and I dried them all on the balcony. Disappointed with the service. When I just wanted to check in, the receptionist was busy playing games 🤦.

Good afternoon Mrs. Sri. After I double-checked with the villa staff, the mother's MCI ring that she had left behind had been taken by her brother on September 11 at 7am by a man with a small child and we also had CCTV proof. Our receptionist is not 24 hours only until 4 pm and you check in at night. And we have also checked the towels again. Thank you to mother and family for staying at Meranti Villa on 9 September 23. May mother and family always be in God's protection, best regards.

Lokasi di pegunungan, cocok buat healing dari hiruk pikuk perkotaan. Kami ber 8 di villa suren, ternyata room nya sempit, jadi sholat di luar room. Kami kesana saat musim liburan baru usai, jadi sepi dan anak-anak bisa leluasa berenang, serasa punya private pool. Kolamnya juga baru dibersihin. Cuma karena weekdays, arena flying fox closed. Padahal anak-anak pingin coba. Breakfast nya juga minimalis banget, cuma dapat nasi kuning ala kadarnya, dengan harga segitu harusnya bisa dapet yang lebih baik. Not sure will come back, kecuali dapat promo 70% dan improvement di menu breakfast nya.

Beautiful forestry sanctuary, giving me peaceful mind. Great for a city get-away and healing time. Its very natural here, ammenities in the room is also limited, but I don't mind. Great sundanese food from breakfast, lunch to dinner, no choice of menu, but I don't mind either, cause their food is good 🥰

Lokasi sangat strategis & sangat menyenangkan di sini karena anak-anak jadi merasakan suasana villa yang di kelilingi hutan yang asri & sungai yang jernih. Alhamdulillah ada kolam renang anak & playground untuk anak-anak jadi membuat suasana tidak membosankan. Sangat recommended untuk keluarga yang mau liburan di sini 😍

Menginap di sini sangat menyenangkan untuk healing dari hiruk pikuk kehidupan. Akses menuju kesini cukup baik untuk kendaraan roda empat. Fasilitas oke. Staff nya ramah-ramah dan helpful. Kamar juga sangat cantik. Sesuai foto. Makanan enak-enak dan terjangkau. Sayang air panasnya tidak terlalu hangat dan saat check out kami kesulitan saat membawa barang-barang menuju parkiran dikarenakan staff sedang sibuk membantu rombongan lain. Mungkin sebelum check out sebaiknya mengabarkan terlebih dahulu kepada staff. Hingga selesai menginap, staff juga masih ramah dan membantu ketika ada barang yang ketinggalan. Overall kami senang menginap di sini.

The lack of perfume in the room is too strong, the space under the chair has cobwebs and is very outdated. Mattresses, blankets, clean bathrooms, well-maintained rivers, it's so much fun in Bougenville, this reminds of natural hospitality.

Overall highly recommended and satisfying because it is clean, comfortable, complete facilities. but there is a small thing that might be done, namely there are no clothes hangers in the bathroom, making it difficult to copy clothes.

Good service, friendly and polite staff, good cleanliness, good villas for jungle-style tours that are clean and have a swimming pool. Breakfast is brought to the villa, just my advice for the choice of villa and the picture is adjusted to the price listed.

Penginapan oke, bisa bawa sekeluarga plus 2 Mbak-Mbak buat jagain anak-anak, breakfastnya juga oke, fasilitas taman bermainnya agak kurang terawat tapi masih oke dan buat main anak-anak. Hawanya sejuk, sungainya bersih. Pokoknya nyaman dan pasti balik lagi.

Pemandangannya sangat indah. Benar-benar pengalaman yang menyenangkan menginap di tengah hutan dengan suasana yang tenang. Benar-benar refreshing yang sangat menyegarkan. Anak-anak sangat suka karena bisa berpetualang. Kami juga tenang membiarkan anak-anak berpetualang karena lokasi aman. Anak-anak juga senang karena disediakan api unggun di malam hari sesuai permintaan. Sarapannya juga enak dan bisa diantar ke villa. Staff nya sangat ramah dan helpful. Hampir semua staff jika berpapasan selalu memberi salam, menyapa, dan tersenyum. Namun saya tidak menyangka, dengan level resort dan harga yang tidak murah, ternyata tidak ada fasilitas handuk, sendal dalam, kopi, teh, dan lain-lain. Dengan cuaca yang sangat dingin, hingga mencapai 17°c, selimut yang disediakan sangat tipis sekali. Harusnya minimal setebal bed cover. Overall. Sangat menyenangkan menginap di sini. Semoga fasilitas kamarnya bisa ditingkatkan agar pengalaman menginap lebih nyaman.
