The only minus is, very disappointed during the breakfast, I went there during high season but it was really bad the availability of food was very minimal, poor many people were waiting because everything was sold out and it was still early in the morning before 8, it was indeed in reefil but had to wait, high season should be more prepared, and the toilet exhaust didn't work so it was a bit muddy, that's the minus point the rest is no problem, the service is okay, the staff is very friendly, try to pay more attention in the future to the breakfast section

The hotel staff is friendly, the first time I got a room there was an unpleasant smell like the smell of a sewer from the toilet, then the hotel staff moved me to another room, but then I realized that if the exhaust was turned on it would cause the smell to be sucked in, so the exhaust fan was turned off, from the staff probably because there were still repairs. The bed sheets and blankets in the room were not clean. Breakfast time was from 6-9 am but at 8.30 am most of them were gone. The porridge was cold. The omelet was finished and had been requested but still not made. Maybe the stock was out so I had to buy it first.

I booked 4 rooms, notes during breakfast: Arrived at 8 am, most of the food was already finished, the restaurant staff or waiter who was seen was only 1 person, and even then he was busy making omelet orders, no one took care of the cleanliness so the dirty plates on the table were not taken. For the room, the AC was cold, the hot water was on, the toilet amenities were incomplete but when I complained, the missing ones were immediately sent, the mattress was a bit hard.

The birthday boy had asked for a happy birthday sign on the room but it turned out there was nothing on the room. He wanted to give a surprise but it turned out to be a dud even though he had been there several times and it was disappointing. Every time he went there, he gave tissue as it should be until there was nothing left, only a few sheets. All the food was gone without any extra x, this was all a dud.
