I stayed at a few properties of Louis Kienne in Semarang and Singapore. However, this one was my favorite amongst all. This gives a resort vibe, and it turned out that I loved Lombok so much because the beach was much cleaner. Their room was spacious and their air conditioner was good, had the perfect temperature, nice bed, and great sleep. Recommended!

I stayed at Amarsvati for 3 days and I'm quite satisfied with the room and the view. I upgraded my room to premiere room with sea view and It's really beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like the quiet atmosphere and I notice that there's not that many guest, maybe due to the location. Overall, I will visit here again if I ever go back to Lombok.

Wifi signal in the room is really bad, especially for Iphone usage. Breakfast time …. I wanted to order eggs, but no eggs for 2 consecutive days.

We loved the modern building on the beach shore. However, due to the shift to the new management, the hotel feels unattended. The cleanliness of the lobby 's restroom could use more attention. There was only one building fully operated, and only one elevator operated. The pool was big and clean, the beach faces the sunset so its a plus! However, the food variety was just a small options, there was no snacks option that we could order to eat by the pool. The pool towels were old towels torned up here and there. The room is great, AC and hot water works well. Wifi works okay. Everything is clean and well attended. So many room to store luggages. Bathroom had both shower and bath tub!

Stunning view from the room. The front beach was beautiful and clean. My kids were able to see little fish on the beach. Definitely will come back soon and stay longer than the previous family holiday.

Viewnya bagus banget dan bisa makan di restonya smbl liat laut, staff2nya friendly. Tapi secara kebersihan kurang dan makanannya jg kurang enak. Hari kedua abis dibersihin kamarnya, kami pas pulang malem nemuin kalo sampah di kamar mandi dibuang ke toilet duduk semua. Lalu tanganku kena racun tomcat setelah nyelipin tangan ke bawah bantal. Ada kotoran cicak di botol minum dan banyak serangga jg di kamar. Keran kamar mandi suda goyang2 kaya mau copot.

No creamer available on the mini bar. No jam as toast companion with limited loaf quantity. Creamer/milk for coffee is also limited, no replenishment when it's finished. Not much variation on buffet breakfast.

Hotel nyaman. Ada private beach nya. Staff ramah dan cekatan. Makanan jg enak. Cuman minusnya hotel ini agak terpencil. Lokasinya jauh dari mana2. Jd usahain sebelum kalian kesini. Pastiin kalian udah beli berbagai keperluan pribadi dlu sebelum memutuskan untuk stay di sini.

First and foremost, the service that were provided was beyond excellence. The staffs are kind & professional and they ensured my satisfaction throughout my stay. Facilities wise, all rooms are equipped with bathtub which is a plus point! Rooms are clean, well maintained & provided all the necessities. Infinity pool that overlook the sea. Most importantly, it doesn't break your bank! I've accidentally left my passport and their staff was kind enough to contact me. This place deserve more recognition. Special thanks to a staff name Widiantari.
