Menginap di sini sama sekali tidak direkomendasikan, management gak jelas mengulur waktu tidak bisa memberikan solusi. Ac kotor sampai filter hitam berdebu, tidak dingin dengan kondisi kamar panas, suhu di luar ruangan lebih sejuk daripada di kamar. Kondisi suhu kamar tidak layak untuk ditinggali sama sekali, staff dari management nya juga sudah datang dan mengecek kondisi kamar sangat panas tapi tidak ada solusi. Staff admin menyalahkan pengunjung ac tidak dingin, staff yang datang ke lokasi setuju dengan kami bahwa kamar tidak layak untuk ditinggali. Tidak ada itikad baik sedikit pun dari pihak manajemen untuk menanggapi hal ini, menyuruh customer untuk hubungi pihak traveloka aja ud masalah ini. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan untuk tempat dan staff tidak kompeten. Kamar saya tinggalkan tidak sama sekali kami pakai. Hingga jam 10 malem tidak ada jawaban yang membantu.

We have called an external team after you checked out to confirm this, and regarding the AC, the technician has confirmed that the AC is not damaged even though the filter is dusty, and the filter has also been washed, so we ensure that a similar problem will not occur again in the future. Alamat kurang jelas jadi kami bingung mau turun kemana menggunakan grab trus begitu turun di titiknya security juga tidak tau dimana alamatnya akhirnya kami di pimpinan sana sini sambil gerek koper. Sungguh proses cek in menguras tenaga. Di kamar juga tidak tersedia air panas, tempat tidur berapa kali bunyi seperti ada yang patah, seprei kotor, kamar mandi kotor dan ac kurang dingin. Sungguh tidak sesuai dengan ekspedisi.

Jam 11:30 uda di suruh cek out padahal Aplikasi jam 12:00 dengan alasan sistem mereka belum di rubah. Jangan pernah ke apartment ini parah jelek dan berisik. Kotor.

Saat masuk ada kotor, lampu mati dan ga ada cadangan, ac panas, saya minta service udah nunggu ternyata setelah malem-malem malah disuruh telfon sendiri, jdnya saya berusaha cari solusi sendiri biar lampu kamar mandi idup.
