When I first stayed, I was quite impressed.
Atmosphere/Facilities: The atmosphere is calm and the facilities for travelers are complete.
Food: In front of the receptionist, they sell snacks and drinks.
Staff Assistance: The staff are friendly and the service is fast.
Highlights: The room is very clean, the air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom is very clean so it is comfortable.
Price: In my opinion, the price is quite cheap to get facilities like that.

I am very disappointed with the valley parking service or security because I left a box of cigarettes in the car and it was lost the next day. I also left a project vest with money tucked into the vest pocket and it was also lost. It is not safe to leave the car key at the security or valley parking at the Luxpoint Hotel. I thought it was safe and could look after each other, but it turned out to be beyond our expectations. I only had one staycation there.

There are different prices, the AC is cold, the hot water is not enough, in the room there are big building pillars so the room is narrow, the mattress is not comfortable, the middle looks like it is broken or something like that so it is not comfortable to sleep on and waking up makes your back hurt, according to I'd rather add 50 thousand or 100 to get a better and more comfortable hotel.

Kemaren sempet Ragu karena ada review jelek dengan luxpoint Hotel But aku Request karena lagi Hamil kan, unt kamarnya. Alhamdulillah resepsionis nya Ramah banget dan Kasih kamar sesuai Requestnya. Untuk kamar dan kamar mandi Bersih, Masukan untuk lantai koridor dan lift dibersihkan lagi buat OB nya yach yang lebih Rajin. Gak Nyesel Di Jogja nginap sini dengan harga Murah tapi Kamar Okelah. Tingkatkan Lagi Pelayanan, Kebersihan ya kakak semua kru Luxpoint Hotel.
