Lv8 Resort Hotel

Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but the room wasn’t ready. When we finally got the room (518), it felt gloomy. There were no tissues on the table, the bathtub faucet was broken, there was no bath mat, and the room had an unpleasant smell, which seemed to be coming from the plumbing. We were then moved to room 320, which was better. However, we still had to call the staff because the TV wasn’t working properly. Thankfully, they were able to fix it—thank you for that. But the next night, when we returned tired from our day, we couldn’t get into the room because the automatic key system malfunctioned. A staff member had to enter through the balcony to open the door from the inside.

My room didn't face the sea, so the atmosphere was ordinary.

Pros : - Perfect location - Spacious room - Good accessibility to the beach Cons : - Check In Problem : Arrive at 17.00 & our room ready to use at 19.30 due to unexpected circumstances - Low Maintenance : Our AC was broken, water leaking, and its wet in the living room, - Staff Support : Service at the reception was also lacking—took a long time to answer calls. U’ll need minimum 1 hour, only to get doormat, towel - idk why they were very slow response Last but not least, thank you to the FO SPV - I didn’t know her name that help us during our check in because of she helped us & moved to another room.

The location of the hotel has a very good view, from the pool you can go straight to the beach, far from the crowds, suitable for family holidays, the rooms are also very spacious

Kids friendly hotel, lots of kids activities make kids not bored even though they are only in the hotel... thank you LV8 ❤️

Beautiful beach view during breakfast, there is a Vue beach club that makes us not need to look for another place to enjoy the sunset

Forgot to use it to make tea and coffee, so the result is that there is coffee and tea but it can't be used to bring small children who still drink milk, making it difficult.

Everything is good and cool. Unfortunately, the kids activities are not very interesting. Maybe in the future, more activities can be added.

Nice hotel, the view is amazing

It's good. But the service is very slow. The private pool is also dirty.

The staff are friendly. The view of the sea is really nice, especially at sunset. The place is clean. The hotel rooms are spacious and nice. The food is also varied and delicious. The swimming pool is beautiful, facing directly to the sea.

The place is comfortable, but the room is not soundproof, so the sound of music from other places penetrates the room until morning 😅

Experience Staying at LV8 Canggu: VERY DISAPPOINTABLE Slow and Unprofessional Check-In Arriving at 4:28 PM, I still had to wait for more than 55 minutes because the reason was "the room is not ready." After being angry, I was finally given a room, but it belonged to another guest, as evidenced by the greeting card with the name "Mr. Josafat and family." Welcome ice cream was also only given 2 pieces for the Family Suite booked for 4 people, with the reason that it was out of stock—very unreasonable for the holiday season. Unfair Policy The hotel was late in providing the room for more than 3 hours, but guests were only asked to be patient without any significant compensation. The late check-out offered until 2 PM was not worth the loss of my time. Facilities Not as Expected The sofa in the room was full of stains, the furniture was worn out, and the paintings were dusty. The property felt unkempt and far from the luxurious impression as shown in the photos. Disappointing Pool and Environment The view around the pool is not exclusive—surrounded by half-finished rice field puddles on the left and vendor stalls on the right. Average Breakfast and Broken Furniture The breakfast menu is bland without any specialties, the restaurant chairs are worn out, and the foam sinks when I sit on it, making me uncomfortable enjoying the food. Slow and Unprofessional Check-Out When checking out at 10:45, I was asked to wait 20 minutes without any news. Only after asking myself, I was allowed to leave. Unfriendly Staff Meeting staff in the corridors or hotel areas rarely gets a greeting. Most of them act indifferent, which does not reflect the standard friendliness of a high-class hotel. Only Location is an Advantage The location near a famous beach club is the only positive thing. Apart from that, this hotel does not offer a satisfying stay experience.

Got pranked by travel0k@. In the photo there is a private pool but it turns out to be a regular suite room without a private pool. The hotel is quite old, the TV has no broadcast because it is said to be under repair, the water tap in the sink is gushing loudly not softly like in other hotels. There is nothing else interesting to enjoy besides the swimming pool. But it is suitable for those who need a calm and quiet atmosphere.

The room is spacious, the cleanliness is good, the staff is friendly, there are quite a lot of breakfast choices, the access road to the hotel is congested at certain times.
