I stayed here for 2nites for my birthday celebration at the deluxe room which is very huge compare to other hotel, the hotel greeted us with unique welcome drink & a slice of birthday cake in my room, thanks. Really awesome place, Pak Theo the Duty Manager were helpful as well. Hotel decoration with Christmas vibes really beautiful, would defenitely recommend to everyone to stay here it's really worth the price indeed👍would love to come back again next time I visit Solo.

Overall okay experience. But as a 4-star hotel, they should improve the gym facility, it's very small and the machines were old. On my second and last night here, the neighbor room was so noisy during midnight hours, I could hear children running and slamming doors around and it was very disturbing.

I used to stay here every time I visited Solo because the hotel is really really nice, the facilities are great, not such a big hotel with many rooms but it is stylish and has everything you need and I remember the hospitality was really warm and welcoming. Foods were yummy, last time my family, friends and I had such a great time staying there for a few days and we really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel with old Dutch - Javanese theme, hanging out by the pool having their mango kaneel and playing traditional Javanese board game. So thats why we decided to come back this time as we have lots of good memories at this hotel - but things are not exactly the same anymore. I felt the hospitality felt a little bit less warm than it’s used to be, especially at the restaurant area. Additionally some foods that we loved at the restaurant are not on the menu anymore but it’s not a big deal. Cleanliness for towels personally I think needs to be improved. However if you are such a fan of boutique hotel that has such a cozy atmosphere and a customized experience, I can recommend this hotel for your stay in Solo. They also had a great spa!

The vintage classic atmosphere of the hotel makes you feel at home exploring the Mahayana hotel. Next time I will stay here again. The room is spacious. The hotel atmosphere makes you relax. Thanks for the friendliness of the hotel staff.

A hotel with a very comfortable & clean modern colonial concept, top service, almost all of the employees are friendly like a 5-star hotel. Requested a sudden honeymoon set 1 hour before check in but was fulfilled by the hotel, when checking in we were given a welcome drink, afternoon tea & free again, breakfast was varied & delicious, there were steamed cakes, ice cream, & especially the pasta & fried rice were champions. Late check out until 1, highly recommended for those who want to staycation in Solo. Thank you Mahalaya Solo

Always like the hotel rooms here, the interior is beautiful & the staff is friendly. Too bad the rooms are a bit less soundproof in my opinion. The breakfast is delicious especially the Dendeng Ragi menu

A hotel that deserves a rating of 9, large, comfortable, clean rooms, very good service..stayed for 4 days at this hotel very very satisfying.. after my husband's surgery, it turned out that he chose the right hotel, the staff were responsive when I needed a wheelchair, thank God the hotel provided it quickly, they were very helpful with everything I needed.. Every afternoon they always provide afternoon tea on the 5th floor which can eliminate the boredom of waiting in the room.. Hopefully the facilities and friendly service will be maintained.. Will be the first destination hotel if I visit Solo again later.. The Best anyway...

Amazing. The room is spacious, there is a wardrobe room. The bathroom is aesthetic & romantic. Gym & pool are on the rooftop. The breakfast is delicious. There is a mosque in front of the hotel.
