The location is comfortable, cool and very beautiful, the hotel is clean, the main thing is that it's happy to have vacationed at Mama Bella-Bellas retreat 👍.

Tempatnya memang agak masuk ke dalam sedikit tapi saat kita tiba dan masuk ke resortnya tempatnya sangat nyaman, pemiliknya ramah (bule belanda) dan sangat kooperatif, harga penginapannya sangat bersahabat, di sini kalian bisa menikmati suasanan full Panorama garden arsitektual etnik ditambah kolam renang, banyak tempat duduk untuk santai sambil menikmati suara burung, tempatnya tepat di sebelah bukit yang menjadikan tempat ini sangat layak dan nyaman untuk disinggahi, tempatnya nyaman terutama pagi, sore dan malam hari. Menurut saya Tempat ini sangat cocok untuk kalian yang hobi berkumpul bersama keluarga, teman dan cocok juga bagi kalian yang menyukai kesendirian sambil ngemil makanan kecil, selain tempatnya yang indah tempat ini juga digemari oleh semua kalangan baik anak-anak, remaja tua dan muda untuk berfoto-foto harga menu makanan dan minumannya menurut saya sangat bersahabat gak mahal-mahal banget.

Suka banget nginep di sini, meskipun lokasinya agak dalam di ujung gang, tapi itu justru bikin suasana lebih tenang, udaranya sejuk karena banyak pepohonan dan letak hotel dekat dengan bukit. Owner & staff semuanya ramah, kamar bersih. Pokoknya recommended banget untuk yang suka penginapan suasana alam. Harga juga terjangkau untuk liburan.

Great accommodation and very nice people. The very close area isn't nice at all but don't pay attention to that. I recommend this place.

Really, I do not know where to start. Everything was tiptop, service was excellent and personalised, room was amazingly clean and everything was in perfect condition, and for the price paid, the room was fully equipped with the necessary amenities to make life a bit easier from air-conditioning, fan, hot water shower, water kettle, dispenser drinking water and cable tv (around 30/40 channels, I think). They even have food takeaway service sent direct to the room if guest is too lazy to go out. The place is so private, there’s a locked gate in front, where one needs to ring the bell to get in. I feel safe and secured here. The premise is clean, surrounded by trees and I can’t help but noticed how fresh the air is. Location-wise, it is tucked away in a small village, just a little bit off the main road and the hustle and bustle of Senggigi. Kudos to the owner - Fatima, and the staff - Uri, Dani, the lady who manned the kitchen, the uncle who always open the gate, and the rest of the staff who I did not manage to get your name for making my 7-nights’ stay there such a comfortable one.

Idyllic set up with very hospitable staff. The pancakes during breakfast are so delicious. The services that the staff helped to arrange for in-room massage, tour packages and food delivery are definitely a very good value-added hospitality. Thanks to mbak Uri and Lya at the reception for all the useful information.

The first impression is that the location is quite deep in the people's housing and the road is damaged and narrow, fortunately we use a guide and driver so there is no problem of access, the design of the hotel and facilities is quite interesting there is a pool and garden in the middle and the room design is like a traditional hut. In the room there is ac and fan, ac is cold and the bathroom is very nice, the maids are very friendly, although the staff there are few but very helpful if we need anything. Breakfast though ala carte but very tasty, a variety of choices such as pancakes, bread and omlette and fried rice ... Mama if you offer more service at that price range, recommended hotel!

The location is rather inside, and the road is less good, rocky. Uneven. Facilities okay.

The atmosphere is supportive for those looking for tranquility and romance, friendly and kind service. It's just that the entrance access is less good. But nice overalls, improved again. We stay 4 days here and we are satisfied with mama bella service.

Bed linen is less clean, I got itchy because of the mattress.
