The room is comfortable and homey, only one drawback, ask for a city view but the window is really dirty! So you can't see the view.

All staff are friendly, just 1 request please check the overall function of each room equipment. Yesterday I got a KM, the bathtub was broken, but the technician's response was good, the repair was finished in 10 minutes

The staff is very helpful. I queued to check in while carrying my baby. The queue was quite long and took a while, so my baby became fussy and cried. The staff immediately approached me and helped me find a room according to my order.
The staff at Beranda Resto were also very helpful when I had to have breakfast while carrying my baby. It was so comfortable that I extended 😊
In the premium type, there is an espresso maker equipped with capsules. Heaven for coffee addicts.
The breakfast menu is also varied with a taste that does not disappoint. There is a coffee machine with many choices of variants.
Always come back here again every time I have to stay in Jakarta 👍🏼
