Please check, the curtain can only move a little. So the room is not covered by the curtain on the window. The rest is perfect.

The room is newly renovated, very clean, very comfortable, but the room is not soundproof, when I walk in the aisle, I can hear the other guest conversation, TV noise, even hairdryer sound. This is business hotel, many expatriate stay here, so if you bring children please be mindful. For breakfast buffet, taste is quite plain, but there various type of food you may choose. For 5 star newly renovated hotel, It's quite great, and the price is affordable. Thanks

My room is at 803, This is a photo of the city light view at night and a photo of my friend when he asked the hotel staff for a photo because he lost playing uno. :V
I stayed one night, because I attended an event at GBK on Sunday, overall the hotel was very comfortable, and I also didn't expect that with a room price of only 1.2 million I would get a twin bed that was quite large and spacious. It's worth it.
However, as a suggestion, if possible the area of the electric poles below can be improved a little, because it's a shame, because of that 1 area alone the beautiful view of the hotel and the city is slightly disturbed.
But what amazed me the most was when my friend lost her gold earring, and we had searched and ransacked the entire room and bathroom, but couldn't find it.
Until the time to check out we asked the hotel staff to find it. and because we were in a hurry, we only left my friend's contact number. However, not long after leaving the hotel, my friend got news that the hotel staff did not find my friend's earring, which made her very disappointed.
because my friend previously asked for help checking the sink, maybe when washing her face her earring fell there, but my friend was not too pushy, maybe her request was too excessive. But then my friend got news from the chat again, that her earring was found in the sink. my friend did not expect her request to be fulfilled by the hotel. maybe it seemed ordinary from the hotel, but my friend and I were amazed and grateful for giving us the effort, even though we only rented a regular room, but our problem was responded to very quickly and well.
Thank you to the receptionist and engineering staff, who were in charge today, very quickly and well responded to my problem.

The location is fantastic, easy to explore the surrounding city. For a 5 star hotel the price is quite cheap. The rooms are nice, spacious, futuristic, the pool is okay. The facilities in the hotel are okay, the breakfast is good

I always stay at Artotel whenever I travel to Jakarta. It's a classic old hotel but clean and the hotel started they renovation project and have choices of new room. I love everything about this hotel, the food, the location, the vibes, the staff, the ambient and not really crowded. Teh Tarik every morning at the restaurant is one of my favorite.

I took a Suite room, but the room given was not like the Suite room service. It was still dusty, dirty and many furniture and equipment were old and broken. The room smell was also unpleasant. Finally I asked to change the room to the same level as the suite. After looking for another Suite room, it turned out that the quality of the room was just as bad. Then I was given a room with another class. The room was similar in size to the Suite room but had just been renovated. My input. Please immediately improve the quality of the hotel so that it matches the 5 stars that the hotel has. If the hotel is still ordinary, don't use the price of a 5-star hotel. Later it will disappoint guests who have booked a hotel room. That's my only suggestion and input.

I have booked a smoking room on the note but confirmed it as non-smoking, the officer didn't read the note specifically so I didn't get a smoking room. Then I was told to deliver a package to the room and the officer threw it around. No intention of working. Then I ordered coffee at the restaurant but the order was already closed, it should have been possible to call the dining room through the restaurant and then have it delivered to the restaurant because my position was already at the restaurant. I was disappointed because I thought this was a 5-star hotel but the service didn't match its stars. Thanks.

my experience staying at this hotel, the first time I saw the interior was good, the employees on duty at the door were very friendly, unfortunately the receptionist lacked service, could not calm down the guests who had missed, went straight to the point "not my business but traveloka's business" - I once clicked the wrong thing to buy on traveloka at the grand hyatt, the way they handle guests is very different, I told the officer so the answer was "this is not the grand hyatt" a little surprised
1. the room glass view is really blurry, you can actually see the results are not according to expectations
2. the bathroom glass has a lot of rust, it's ugly.
3. the breakfast is so-so, the sushi tastes so-so, there are some that are delicious, I forgot the name, it's like fish curry, the others are so-so, I've tried them all, nothing special
4. the location is very strategic, it's good to go anywhere
so the point is before booking, see other reviews first, don't swallow reviews from tiktok whole "my expectations may be high for staying in a 5-star hotel, but this feels like a 3-star hotel

The classic room was too dark and damp. The carpet in the room was very old so it was a bit smelly. After one night, I moved to an upgraded room to Studio Artsy. The room condition was much better, newer because it had been renovated. The toilet in the restaurant was dirty during breakfast.

Everything is ok. Only my smart Artsy 1124 room for the curtains and blinds are broken, so opening and closing manually but it's a bit heavy/dragging. given late check out until 2 pm, even though check in is below 1 pm, the staff are all friendly and nice. especially at the front desk, his name is Mas/Pak Agung. friendly, helpful and a pleasant person. Good job
