You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.
You may be required to present Covid-19 Antigen test if you have plan to stay at our hotel more than 2 nights. The Guests should has an application PeduliLindungi and scan the QR Code as a condition to enter the hotel area. The antigen test requirement is abolished if the guest already has 2 vaccine certificates and the antigen application requirement is still valid if the guest only has 1 vaccine certificate.
HOTEL GUEST REGULATION : The below items are prohibited inside the hotel premises :  Animals, Durian Fruit, Electronic equipment for cooking, all sort of Narcotics drugs related, explosive powder, dangerous chemical and any weapon/gun without permit.  The hotel has the right to confiscate the mentioned items if found in guest room without prior notification.  Prostitution practice and human trafficking is prohibited in the hotel.  The hotel authority has the right to ask the guest to leave the hotel premises and will not refund any room charge to the guest caused by the mentioned above violations. Guest is considered aware and acknowledge of the Hotel Regulation the moment that the guest has received hotel’s voucher or confirmation from the hotel.
