We are very sorry and apologize profusely for your inconvenience during your stay at our hotel due to our employees and staff who are less professional in serving you and your family, moreover maybe the hotel conditions are not well lit so it looks gloomy (dark) and spooky.
Your input, criticism and suggestions are very important to us in order to improve the service or service for your next arrival, once again we apologize for the incident where there were no towels in the bathroom and we make sure something like this will not happen again.

Our advice before hotel guests enter: 1. Spray the mattress, don't install it first. 2. Room amenities must be filled with soap, brushes, towels, blankets, drinking water, hangers, hot and cold water (almost not yet until guests have to wait 2 hours and they are not fulfilled either) 3. The toilet exhaust fan is also dead, not fixed, the toilet is a bit smell. 4. The waiter did not provide complete information about the condition of the hotel.

The hotel is poorly maintained, lots of dust, the pool is pretty good, the breakfast is normal.

Online prices are more expensive. The room is insect and stuffy. There are no table chairs on the terrace. The door is less tight, the TV is partially dry. Plus the water is smooth, the front parking space, decent breakfast, okay service.
