The location is very strategic, close to the campus area so it's easy to find anything. The location is in the middle of the city, so if you want to go to various directions in the city of Jogja, it's close
Take the breakfast package, all the food and drinks are delicious, very varied
For OB services, maybe it can be improved again, room complaints need to be followed up continuously
There is an indoor playground, recommended for those with small children
Oh yes, for access to the elevator, don't forget to use the room key

The hotel is nice, it's just that I stayed during the high season, which is Eid al-Fitr, because my parents asked to extend so I asked the FO but was informed that if I wanted to extend the price was around 2 million per room. So I was forced to check out and choose another hotel with a lower price hehe.

all new rooms can be checked in at 14.00 and when all rooms are fully booked only served by two front office staff..
no manager or GM was seen helping visitors to check in, as a result all customers were queuing at the front office as if they were going to withdraw money from an ATM..
finally got a room past 14.00..
booked two rooms but could only get one room.. the other one was still not ready..
btw the taste of the fried rice was top.. the chef was active often checking the buffet breakfast.. good job chef

Stayed on April 3-4, 2025, check in at 22.30. Actually the room was nice and cozy, but unfortunately one of the reception staff (male), was not very friendly (grunt) when we asked for an extra bed. request for a room on the upper floor, but not given on the upper floor. request for a connecting room, not given a connecting room, check-in time was delayed for more than 30 minutes with the excuse that the room was still being cleaned. access to the elevator is a bit difficult, using a card but difficult to detect, even though the card has been replaced, it's still okay.

I checked in for 2 days by booking 3 rooms at this hotel through Traveloka, the room I occupied had a problem with the bathroom so I had to call engineering often, the room for my mother also had the same problem, the bathroom smelled really bad like a leaking toilet so on the second night I complained and asked to move rooms for my mother..
It is very unfortunate that a hotel with a 4-star label does not carry out regular checks or maintenance. Why should it be forced to be sold to guests.
It was truly a very sad experience that created a bad mood during this vacation
