The room is very comfortable, clean, complete amenities, there is Netflix, there is a coffee machine and extra pillows. The breakfast buffet is complete and delicious. The location is very strategic and close to tourist attractions. Thank you.

Check in took a while, kids got dolls, no bell boy, parking had to be at the back if you wanted to be in the lobby area, license plate had to be registered first. Just entered the room and entered the bathroom the curtain fell, the receptionist called engineering after checking it turned out it had fallen before and had been repaired but the drilling was wrong, they said it should have been drilled on the wall but it was drilled on the ceiling. 40 minutes no solution, I called the receptionist 3 times, the one named Wati made it easy "oh it's just a curtain fell". While I have children, 1 toddler, what if the curtain had hit my child? Luckily I was the one who entered the bathroom not my children (closed the bathroom door put the shower cap-suddenly the curtain fell) only after the afternoon shift change I was moved to a new room by the receptionist named Ardi. The duty manager when called said that he didn't know the bathroom curtain had been damaged. Everyone blamed each other 😅. The housekeeping in front of the room said that she wasn't the one who cleaned the room so she didn't know that the curtain was broken, the housekeeping supervisor said that the curtain was fine when checked before the room was declared ready, I asked if it was checked open/closed and she said no because it had been repaired by engineering. Hopefully this will be a lesson for the duty manager, housekeeping, and other staff. If the room has been damaged, it should be checked seriously. If a guest is injured/injured, it will be very bad for Mercure employees. Take safety seriously.

I have stayed several times. Comfortable and clean. Next time will definitely come back again. The most recommended hotel in Jakarta. Thanks Mercure.

The location is really good, at night you can enjoy the nightlife in Cikini & also culinary. All the staff are friendly, informative & prioritize customer satisfaction. And it turns out I booked a privilege room which has several benefits, can check in earlier & can check out late until 4PM, then get afternoon tea too but unfortunately I didn't try it because I was already full from eating out. For breakfast food is delicious & varied. It's just a bit minus in the layout of the restaurant, I can't sit inside the restaurant because there are many reserved tables & chairs outside are quite cramped with people passing by because of that people's access to the elevator to the room. The rest is okay. Thank you & definitely would love to recommend it to friends & family.

Strategic location, clean and comfortable rooms.

To be honest, when I first entered the room, I was greeted by an unpleasant aroma. I don't know if it was because the room was rarely used or what. And the bathroom gave off an unpleasant aroma. In my opinion, for a hotel like Mercure, it's a bit disappointing 😅 Please spray some fragrance in the future. 😅🙏.

Strange, a 4-star hotel with a price of almost 900 thousand/night (without breakfast) is not worth it. When checking out and in, there were no security guards or officers who helped open the door or lift things from the car to the lobby floor and vice versa from the lobby floor to the car, even though I brought a lot of luggage. The swimming pool also looks dirty and not maintained, my child didn't feel comfortable swimming, even though usually in other hotels they always swim for a long time. The carpet floor of the room also looks dirty and dusty. Back again? No.

The rooms are not clean. We went to the first room and it was bad. Toilet curtain was slimy at the bottom. Carpets were dusty and had stains. We asked for a switch to another room. But it wasn't that great. And we left the hotel, immediately. Checked out. All this while the luggage wasn't sent up. So we took it ourselves from the lobby and left.

The food is delicious and there are quite a lot of variations, the facilities in the room are complete, cleanliness is maintained, the staff are all friendly.

Great place for staycation. Service and food is best. Maybe because a new year eve party and become too crowd, but all is best.

Is breakfast too expensive, up to 250 thousand/person? It's true, the food isn't that special, there's no meat or sausage bar, it's too much. And there aren't many choices of pastry, just plain bread and buns

The room was comfortable, the AC was really cool, unfortunately the table lamp in the corner was dead, when I needed it, I called the staff to ask for help to fix it, but it didn't come up until I checked out 🥲.
