The food is less varied, lontong sayur but the lontong is hard like it's not cooked yet. Overall the room is okay, spacious enough, cleanliness is okay and comfortable, req ask for a kimono which has been given before check in 😘

Thank you Mercure. Our room was upgraded to VIP without any additional cost. The only thing lacking is the variety of food and taste and the car parking space. Other than that overall nice 👌❤️

Mercure Manyar has good Vibes. The Interior so warming. I have had a great time here.
It's sad that I sleep just for business purposes.
Hoping that when I go to Surabaya again, I can sleep here for another occasion.

Love the room, the pillow, the sheet, the cleanliness, the location (near all the tasty restaurants). As for the meal, only taste breakfast and it was okay. Parking spot was limited, but the security guard was helpful. And it 's also a pity that this hotel don't have swimming pool.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, the receptionists are friendly and quick to serve, the rooms are clean, the bed and bathroom are clean, the only thing lacking is that the lighting in the corridors of the rooms is not very bright, but overall I recommend this hotel.
