Everything is okay. But it's a shame that there was a shirt left behind, how come it wasn't seen and not told? After 2 days of asking again, they just said that there was a shirt left behind. But everything is good. Fast response too. The location is also really good. The bathroom is clean

Easy to reach area. Early check in is possible (additional cost but its okay). Every day the room is cleaned without being asked, towels, mats, mineral water stock are always replaced every day. Friendly staff :).

First of all I want to thank the hospitality of the hotel staff. I stayed for 2 nights and unfortunately my foot was sprained and my room happened to be on the 2nd floor. The hotel staff was very kind to ask for help going back and forth to my room to deliver food ordered online. The security guard was also kind to find a compress. Because I couldn't go anywhere so I really enjoyed being in the room because the room was spacious and clean. It's just a shame the bathroom exhaust was really noisy and there were 3 dead cockroaches. But I still give a thumbs up to the kindness of the staff. Thank you for your hospitality 🥰

For the room and location are quite okay. But for cleanliness is very lacking, especially the closet. The bathroom is also very smelly, it seems the smell comes from the exhaust fan.

There is only 1 hair dryer and I have to take turns. I waited until tomorrow and I still haven't gotten one. However, the place is nice, the room is spacious, the location is strategic, it's not confusing to find food. The best suggestion is to just bring your own hair dryer.

Take a suite room, the room is very spacious, comfortable, I like it. The downside is that the bathroom doesn't have a curtain so when you take a shower the water splashes muddy all the way to the sink area, then you have to wait a long time for the hot water. The hotel staff who handles the WA admin is very slow to respond, even before checking in I called several times, but no one answered. When I checked in, I asked for hot water but no one answered, when I checked out I asked about my belongings that I left behind, but no one answered. I called several times before I answered. Then when checking out, the male staff just watched my husband lift his suitcase to the car without helping. Really just standing and watching from behind the front desk. I will come back to stay here because the room is okay, but please improve the service.

Great service, the location is far from noise so the sleep is really comfortable. Definitely coming back again.

Comfortable atmosphere, clean rooms. Not noisy, road access is not congested. Complete room contents, microwave, sink, smart TV, check in as fast as lightning. The swimming pool feels like your own. Even though it's a full book. Thank you Mikasa

Very strategic location, lots of restaurants around the hotel. Close to everywhere. The staff was very friendly, I got a room on the 2nd floor, without asking for help the staff was quick to help me lift my suitcase. Come before check-in time, so you can leave your suitcase first at the reception. The rooms are very clean. Next time you go to Bali, you will definitely stay here again.

Budget residence with cleanliness ambiance and homy.

Clean and spacious room, comfortable to stay here close to Gusto Gelato.

Overall it's good, but if there is a hairdryer in the bathroom it would be better. Ps: book for suite room.

It's nice to stay at Micasa, want to find food, just walk 😄 If you can improve the cs service so that you can control the situation around the hotel. So if you are asked where this is far away, you can answer.

Clean, quiet, feels like an apart, the swimming pool is clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Easy access. Recommended anyway 🤩

The rooms are clean, spacious, there is a mini bar and water heater overlooking the pool. Hurry up and book, regret not staying long enough….
