The room is amazing! The living room is huge. Family friendly. All rooms have kitchen. Only cons is that the hotel do not provide iron and iron board to use. They only do pressing service 3 pieces for Rp40,000.

This accommodation is perfect for holiday stay. This is my second stay here and just like before I am satisfied. The front liners are so great, starting from the door man and the receptionists. The check in process takes only a few minutes, especially if you already booked your stay with app. You just need to show the booking review to them. The lobby is good too. So comfortable and feels like home. Next the room, oh I really love it. I like the scenery from the window where I can see the cities. Then, the food, is delicious and the dining room is so cozy. It even has the children corner. My son likes it very much. Overall, I enjoy staying here and will be glad to stay here again in the future. You guys have to try to stay here also. Have a great stay!

A very nice hotel, complete with all the equipment. In terms of welcoming it is also very pleasant. All staff are friendly and very quick when asked for help.
Got a room with an additional kitchen, very easy when cooking or heating food. A children's pool is also available and can be used until the evening. For bathroom equipment is very complete, comb-shaving-toothpaste-cotton Bud. For additional pillows at no charge. For watching movies is also very close, walking only 5 minutes. The food is all delicious, lots of variations. Next will come here again ...

stayed 2 nights here, everything was fun. the room was clean, given facilities to clean the room again, allowed early check-in 1/2 hour very helpful for me who came from far away. the service of all staff is very friendly, and most importantly the breakfast is very varied, the menu is very much there are some menus that are kids friendly, highly recommended for a staycation so you don't need to go anywhere, just stay at the hotel because it is facilitated with a swimming pool and a playground for children too".

If you stay with family and a big family, it will be a great choice. All is great including room service meals and breakfast. Price-wise is so cheap but food still tastes great.

The room is quite spacious and the facilities in the room are quite complete. Highly recommended for families who want to staycation, cuss try it, you can cook and cooking equipment is also provided. The AC is also very cold so you can just stay in the room.

A bit disappointed, it turned out to be a bit quiet unlike most reviews, Marvel city was quiet, Lotte was closed so the selling point was gone. Not to mention the elevator felt stuffy, the corridor to the room was stuffy and hot. The condition of the room was damaged, there were a lot of ants in our room, the toilet flushing didn't work. The area around the swimming pool also looked like it hadn't been cleaned, there was a lot of food and cigarette waste scattered around, I don't know why it looked like it was worn out. For the service staff, I give a thumbs up, very friendly and agile, the breakfast was also great, varied and delicious. Not intending to put them down, hopefully it can be input for future improvements, considering that with the same price rate, there are still many better ones. Thanks

- room: spacious space, complete kitchen space
- bathroom: clean, rain shower only, hot water works well
- parking space: very big in the basement
- breakfast food: standard 4 stars hotel with decent taste, no omelete no ice cream. best to arrive at early time to avoid crowded situation, although they have a lot of seats
Overall, I might come back here since their price is quite cheap compared with what we get especially the room space. Tips: if you like spacious room, choose the one with sofa which has around 100k more expensive but very useful for seating area
