We've had a pleasant experience during our stay in Mikie holiday resort. The rooms were clean. The newly renovated rooms really created a different feel. Really feel like a 4 star hotel now. The staffs were nice and helpful. The check in/out was fast. And the hotel is really family friendly. Comfortable for children and elderly (except the stairs)

For the family room, it's quite okay, it's just that for a hotel that is already ⭐️4 even though it is in the highlands, it would be better if there were still AC facilities. Because during the day the room feels very hot. And please reconsider changing the towels, because the condition of the towels is shabby and many are torn at the edges of the stitching. And the color is no longer white. For the variety of food, there are quite a lot but the taste is just ordinary. For the highlands that produce fresh vegetables, I really hope that the hotel can serve the quality of fresh vegetables that are processed or salad. For other facilities, it's okay.

For the very helpful staff.. the downside for the hotel even though it is located in the highlands, it should still facilitate AC. Because when checking in during the day the room feels very hot. Especially for rooms that are directly exposed to the sun.

My family and I were quite happy playing at MikieHoliday, although there were some things that made me disappointed.
First, the room between my room and the second room that I booked was quite far. on level 2 and level G. even though both rooms had been booked 3-4 weeks before arrival.
Second, We went to Mikie as a family of course for fun because Mikie is famous as a funland.
We wanted to play billiards at night while chatting. At 09.05 we went to the cashier to buy coins. The cashier and front staff insisted on not selling us coins (didn't help at all) even though it was only 5 minutes.. making our night time really wasted just sitting in the room.
Overall experience for having fun is not as much as fun. The staff also did not try to be proactive in helping.
