The TV could not be used because it could not connect to the internet. Next time before checking in, please ask the hotel to make the customer comfortable. I did not enjoy it at all because for Eid the price was quite high compared to normal days. Thank you.

It was only 9/10 am and the room boy was already standing by in front of the room waiting for us to check out. The packing was restless, even though we wanted to rest for a while in preparation for the long journey home. The hot water pool in the room was dead, we had to contact the staff first before turning on the tap. The pool was dirty, not warm either. There was little play area for the children, please evaluate it again.

The location of the room is unreasonable and dangerous, the road to the room is slippery and steep, must pass approximately 3 steep and slippery stairs, coincidentally at that time it was raining, the staff did not take the initiative to provide umbrellas so we got wet on the way to the room, very very not recommended especially if you bring elderly people and children. And I did not end up staying there.

For the room that was booked, namely a tent, the bad thing was on the mattress because when you sleep on it, it feels like you are being rocked. Ke. A the mattress needs to be replaced. When you first enter the tent, the smell of the room is a bit unpleasant. Luckily the bathroom is clean

the place is clean, the room is clean, fragrant, cold, there is a water heater
there is wifi and smart tv
there is also air conditioning but it is not needed because the air is already cold
the first time I came I was given a welcomed drink
ordered the topaz one, free breakfast for 2 people
close to the road and the sari ater hot springs, also close to alfa/indomaret
best next time I come here again, try the room with a pool inside

Stayed here at the end of the year, when I entered the room the floor looked like water had been spilled, they said it had just been mopped, asked to dry it but was given a dry mat, the soaking pool was not very clean, and there were worms. No plans to come back here again

The hotel has 2 pet monkeys, but their cages are not given a place/house to sleep, they are shivering from the cold when it rains. The shape of the room is unique, nice, the cleanliness is also very good, but the bathroom door in room 12A cannot be locked, the private pool in room 12 is never full. It seems like there is a leak, the private pool in room 12A has moss in the pool. For breakfast food is quite tasty and varied. Welcome drink can only be ginger water, which not everyone likes.

It was really nice to stay at ποΈ Miracle, the place makes you feel at homeπ. The atmosphere is very calm and comfortable, perfect for a short vacation.
