The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful during check in and check out. All rooms use smart technology by Alexa. The bedroom and bathroom are also clean and complete. It's just that for all types of bathrooms there is no bathtub. The swimming pool is also clean. Unfortunately for the outdoor sofa bed because it is under a tree so it is easily dirty by leaves or ants and small animals. For breakfast, it is a la carte and in the restaurant, if you want it in the villa room there is an additional charge. Overall, it is pleasant to stay here.

Have a wonderful time here. Located strategically at Umalas main road, within walking distance to NOOK, Circle K, and many others culinary places, yet still feel in secluded area. All staff were amazing, makes you feel welcome and also well taken care of. Breakfast is ala carte and its unexpectedly taste great. Best nasi goreng I have ever tasted in Bali so far! A bit downside is parking lot that is quite small, and add ons like floating breakfast, dinner, flower arrangements, etc are quite expensive. Also the charge +100k if you request breakfast delivered to your room.

Deket banget kemana-mana, strategiis🙏🏼💕. Tinggal jalan kaki aja kalau mau ke Nook, Este Leisure, Stuja, Stock Ice, Nads, dan lain-lain. Dikala macet, ngebantu banget tinggal di Monolocale strategis ga perlu naik kendaraan. Sangat rekomen💖. Kamar bersih, kolam estetik, furniture baik, staff ramah responsif, tempat tidur nyaman, sarapan baik, kamar mandi bersih dan nyaman. Terima kasih bapak ini juga sangat baik🙏🏼. It was a pleasant stay, love the room, the big size TV, welcomed by music before entering the room, location is perfect, can walk to nook, even to Petitenget where night life is happening. My suite was upstairs, it's only loud when my door to the balcony is open and if neighbors downstairs sitting outside by their pool laughing + music on, so I just closed the door and have my quiet time. Overall is pretty good.

Pleasant stay even for only one night. Great location, very close to good restaurants and cafes, shortcut to Petitenget street as well. Yet, it was a quiet surrounding, I got the narrow villa. Bedroom and shower room very clean. Amenities and facilities as well. It was good but it could get better, please pay attention to the pool as it was dirty underneath, the jet-spray was broken the morning before check out, but the staffs were very friendly and kind to give me 1 hour late check out. Add a bathtub would be nice, and my shower room has a sus door that leads to the backyard out of my villa (?) That was weird but thankfully everything was fine. Recommended for short stay.

Super nyaman, dikasih early check in karena bawa bayi, kamar, poll semua suka banget clean, nyaman banget villanya. Cuma jam 6 sore air poll sudah otomatis dimatikan info staffnya memang begitu.
