Staying here is amazing. Food is delicious. Rooms are spacious. Service is friendly. Ask for free drinking water. The beach could use some cleaning from sharp shells. Overall everything is amazing. Kid friendly.

Stayed here many times, this time very disappointed with the hard selling staff service, aka no solution. My family and I promised not to stay here, aka the last time here. Next is the breakfast which only has a few types of menu and does not taste good on the tongue. I only tried to taste the food but was charged a full breakfast charge of 160 thousand.

It's really worth it, unfortunately I came in the afternoon, so I couldn't enjoy everything and the weather was raining, but overall everything was nice, clean and beautiful 😍😍 The staff are also very friendly 🩷

The staff are very friendly, and I was impressed with the receptionist, I forgot her name, she was very kind and the service was super good.

Food is okay. Room is clean but there are ants in the room. Facilities are okay but the pool is being renovated during the fasting month.

Where to start? Apart from the very friendly staff, there are many disappointments. When booking, there was no notification that the swimming pool was being renovated, including the children's pool and playground. Unlike other hotels (I also booked on Traveloka) which informed me when booking that the pool was being renovated. This is crucial information because it is part of the hotel's facilities. Moreover, I brought children. If I had known that, I could have stayedcation somewhere else. The location is also across from the restaurant so we ate accompanied by the sound of renovations and the beach view was covered lol Second, there were many other renovations such as cottage renovations across from our cottage, the sound was disturbing! Suggestion if there are renovations, just close the hotel first.. When I just arrived, the cottage was not as neat and fragrant as I imagined. It smelled musty like animal urine, although faint. Oh yeah, the roads are also rocky, maybe to make it aesthetic? But the rocks were bounced off the car body when we passed! Please Next, the area around our cottage was passed by many foreigners!! Starting from construction workers, some offered fish, massages and others. Sorry but it disturbs the comfort of those sitting outside. And also becomes insecure about the security of the cottage and belongings if many people pass by, it also feels less private. On the private beach there are also many residents fishing, what's private? The last one is the funniest, this is the first time I've stayed at a hotel with a breakfast quorum! LOL. Information from the staff, if there are less than 20 visitors that morning, they don't open a buffet but use a menu like that to eat. And pay the SAME if you add. It's so strange, gosh, I deliberately ordered on weekdays so it's quiet but the breakfast experience is zero! The food is also dry, especially the bread and dessert, oh my gosh, it's really hard and hard to bite. The next day, there happened to be a quorum (lol) so the food was better, especially the porridge was delicious Conclusion, with a rental price of 5 million ++ for 2 days, I was very DISAPPOINTED!! Better to find another place really.

Place is nice, clean, not so crowded lot of fun activities to do, pool a bit outdated, and The food is expensive and not so nice for our taste. But overall good stay. Thanks.

It's actually nice here, the facilities are complete, starting from a mini zoo, lake, swimming pool, vegetable garden, playground and outbound area, and others, it's just that it's not well maintained and is still being renovated, but in the lobby and restaurant areas, luckily we got a connecting room because the 2-bedroom villa was full, the taste of the food was just ordinary and not a buffet because there were few visitors, it's a bit scary like this but the room was clean, there were only mosquitoes, maybe because there were lots of trees and plants.

Been here in January 2024, will be here again in August 2024. Always a pleasure to stay here, starting from the atmosphere, service & water rides.
