Perfect hotel for your budget-tight trip. it's a shared-room, about 40 room per floor, one rest room each floor, but there's about 4? or 6 toilet in 4th floor. They gave you free toast for breakfast 08.00-10.00 AM.

This is actually nice hostel. I love to stay here during my visit to Surabaya. But advice for receptionists: can you please educate all guests and tell them do not make noisy? That is share room not private. The last stay was horrible, there was a baby there and cried all night. And a group of people also made noisy before out for walk at 1AM. As the receptionist, you have right to tell anyone during check-in for not making noisy.

I stayed in the capsule bed. The locker was out of service. The shared bathroom is horrible, didn't even want to enter it. I came with 2 big luggages but there was no lift service available.

The check-in was a bit slow since the hotel was quite packed, so very understandable. For capsule stay, the bathromm is qute limited so you need to queue, but it wasn't that ong anyway for me. Overall, clean room, friendly and helpful staff, and good location to piblic transportation.

Previously I ordered this because there were 3 pax for 1 studio but it turned out to be wrong, everything was the same, the locker was broken so there was no security for valuables.

You guys only should be aware of your personal belonging. No locker (broken), left my snapback at shower room and gone it was only took 5 min since I was there. Even can't playback the cctv. You should take care strictly your own pb. Never leave something behind.
