The receptionist doesn't smile much, the floor in the room is oily, the hotel hallway is very noisy until 4 am. Noisy with people screaming, running and banging on the door. For breakfast, the menu is quite varied and the taste is also good.

I really like this hotel because the staff is friendly, helpful, and the facilities are very comfortable. My experience staying here was helped with everything, for example: 1. The hotel staff helped get a hairdryer quickly. 2. The hotel staff is responsive in responding to the gallon of water that needs to be replaced. 3. The hotel staff is quick to provide soap when requested. 4. And when I left my shirt behind when checking out, the staff was willing to contact me and asked me to be on standby for GoSend delivery. Basically, there is nothing disappointing. Salute to the management and hotel staff! For the facilities available, the room is clean and the springbed is very soft, the bathroom is clean, the elevator is in good condition, there is refillable drinking water in the gallon in front of the room, and the breakfast place on the 1st floor has a lot of food variations and in my opinion the taste is very good for the price of the app. So don't hesitate to choose this bottle, guys!

The location of the hotel is around educational places so it is crowded and difficult to park. The name of the hotel is not visible, there is UNJ. The menu and taste of food for breakfast are not very good. If the hotel service is good.

Coincidentally, every time there is a work visit & Head Office event, I always stay here. So far, it is comfortable & the cleanliness is OK. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof, so I often hear sounds from outside (the hallway) and coincidentally there are often UNJ student events so it can be heard from the room, the crowd passing by the hallway. But so far it is comfortable for two or alone.

So far, the room size is okay, unfortunately the toilet is dirty and the cleanliness is not maintained at all and the restaurant staff is also really bad, 1 star, not friendly at all, needs retraining I think.

At 3 am there was a man who entered our room. The man. It seemed like a guest who had just checked in, because he was carrying a backpack, and he was also surprised because we were already in the room. It seemed like the receptionist gave the wrong room access.

The room is very spacious, the room is clean, comfortable and cold, and the AC is good, but the suggestion is to fix the bathroom at the bottom end, it's dirty. I will come here again next time.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were offered a smoking room because the only one available was a smoking room even though we ordered a non-smoking room. Because we brought children, we asked for a room according to the order. But we had to wait 15 minutes for the room to be prepared. We were given a welcome drink. Thank you for your hospitality. The room was large, enough to accommodate the 5 of us. The AC was cold. Refillable drinking water is available. In our opinion, this hotel is good, affordable in terms of room prices & the hotel's position in the city center. Our input, please clean under the mattress & bedside cupboard. To. Thank you for the good facilities from Naraya Hotel. 👍.

I stayed the day before yesterday on the 7th floor. The room was spacious and cool but unfortunately the floor had cement stains or something so it looked dirty and uncomfortable, and the jetspray in the toilet leaked. As for food, the nasgor is delicious.
