Housekeeper staff need to be trained again. At 8 am, they only press the room bell once, less than 10 seconds later they open the room door with the excuse of cleaning it. Is this the hotel's standard operating procedure? Very disturbing, especially when the hotel guest is taking a shower or changing clothes. During my travels and staying in hotels, this is the first time I have experienced something like this. Very impolite and very disturbing.! - The Front Staff who was standing in front of the hotel door did not want to help with an umbrella for the guest when they wanted to get into the car (it was raining and the car was parked outside the building). Even when we went out and wanted to get the car in the rain, the staff went into the building as if there were no guests at all.

The staff is very friendly and fast response. The comfort of the room is okay, the food is okay, it's just that for long stays the breakfast menu is a bit boring because the menu is always the same. But overall very satisfied

Even though I booked a room only, but on the last day I added breakfast, it felt very lacking, many of the plates were grippy. And also when the CO the security guard did not offer to help unlike when checking in. Not very soundproof, but the good thing is that the room and bathroom are always cleaned every day.

For the room, the hallway is clean, the location is not too far from the city center, the service is really good so at that time my big toe accidentally got scratched by the edge of the cupboard where the lamp was placed because it was sharp, then as an apology I was given a tumbler from the hotel. Good service.

In my opinion, it's good, from the time the ci recp staff was friendly, the room facilities were complete, although perhaps a little more detailed, clean the room because there was dust and the attitude of the basement employees was a bit really bitchy π but other than that the room atmosphere was comfortable.
