Just a tip. To explain first the facilities that are not there or do not match those described in the application. Such as wifi that is not installed, TV that has not been connected to the channel, and recheck the completeness of the room before the guest enters.

For the price of 500 thousand Rupiah on Traveloka, it's super not worth it. There's no AC, just exhaust. The booking price at a cheaper place is 100 thousand Rupiah, which is 400 thousand Rupiah. The walls are dirty and the noise from the road enters the room area!

The hotel is clean, when I arrived I panicked because he said it was full. It turns out that 1 is still empty and even gets 3 beds even though the message is only 2 beds hehehe, very standard, but lots of insects enter at night so don't open the door often. The hotel is close to Kete Kesu and next to the hotel directly Pertamina.

The staff was not friendly at all, the sound of the next room could be heard, the facilities were inadequate, he said there was a fan but in fact it wasn't there, the room was still dusty and the floor was sandy, just not really recommended.

The room was clean. The water was hot. The air con worked. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised a guide for us who took us to where we wanted to go plus attractions that only a Torajan would know about ie a funeral celebration. Breakfast was simple but good. The food we ordered for dinner was excellent. I would definitely stay at the Niel Hotel again.

The rooms are clean and spacious. I chose a room that does not use air conditioning, the air temperature is quite cold, around 12 degrees. The hot water is not stable, if you take a night shower, there is no hot water anymore. The breakfast is simple, but tastes good. Staff are friendly enough. Parking is only for 4-5 cars. There is a small garden in front of the room.

A fantastic place to stay and wonderful helpful team especially Teeny who was always ready with a smile to assist. We happily stayed 6 nights here and would highly recommend it to other travellers as a clean, well set up and comfortable base in Toraja. The only downside is as with all of Indonesia smoking is permitted at breakfast which we found offensive and it was hard for the women staff too who had to be among inconsiderate guests smoking around them, who seemed oblivious to its impact. Management could be very progressive and forbid smoking in the hotel which would improve working conditions and health for staff and visiting guests not having to be exposed to such damaging toxins.Otherwise a great place and staff in every other respect
