The food in breakfast are many options such us Indonesian food, Chinese dim sum, English breakfast. The room is clean, nice and quite big, which is make us convenient. A game in the afternoon time is quite interesting and make us enjoying.

So far so good in our holiday, the room is amazing, unfortunately the wall is not paint well, and the ac are leaking, the pool is great, but the food price is too expensive. The room is to noisy when sleeping time, maybe from the other guest and the refrigerator, the pool, sunset view and the beach are great.

The place is awesome, room is clean and spacious, view is great (we booked a room facing the ocean) They also have game room (billiards, wall version of ular tangga and ludo, arcade basket ball, etc)! Perfect place for having fun with your family members. There is also a sand playground for kids. The hotel also has an access to an exclusive beach space where it has its own outdoor cafe + swimming pool, but it's located outside hotel area (you need to cross the main road to get there), and it takes around 5 minutes only from lobby area, but they prepare buggies to help you get there if you prefer not walking. Staffs are nice and helpful. Food is generally OK, but unfortunately found a few flies around the area.

1. This is my second time here, the first time in 2020 the barefoot beach was not as complete as it is now, it was neat & there were more places to relax
2. There was an incident where the room door couldn't be opened when I first arrived, for some reason, I went back and forth to the receptionist but it still didn't work, what was tiring was the room at the top but I had to go back and forth to the receptionist downstairs, it took almost half an hour, but it was finally cleared, it seems like the door battery was low
3. The hotel staff are all friendly, my son really likes watching the fish pond and the staff gives him fish food so the fish gather together
4. The food at the Serai Resto is also delicious, at night there is also live seafood, all the seafood is fresh, then I wanted to order banana caramel & ice cream because my son likes ice cream but it turned out to be empty, eh instead I was given a compliment 😭😭 thank you sis geisha, small things but meaningful
5. Serai Resto: baked rice seafood 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, sweet & sour chicken seasoning is really delicious
6. Got a compliment of nastar when checking in last Eid, got cookies when checking out, once again small things but meaningful, I won't regret staying here

For this price of a hotel, it should be cleaner.. the room floor is a bit sticky, the bathtub because it is an outdoor concept needs special maintenance so that it doesn't get mossy (there is moss on the bottom).. then under the seat in front of the room there are still wet cigarette butts.. please be cleaner.. only 1 towel was given, if you want more you need to ask for more..

The only thing lacking in Novus is the lack of electrical outlets, even though it is very important for those of us who are on vacation or work. But for everything it is very comfortable and pleasant, very homey. Hopefully later I can go on vacation to Novus again to bring my family and children ❤️.

stay in a relaxing bathtub room at a price of 3 million for 2 nights
- at a price of 3 million the room TV is not yet a smart TV, there are only 2 TV channels :(
- in the room there is only 1 plug and that is near the TV :((
- in the bathtub outside there was a lot of bird droppings when I arrived but when I asked to be cleaned it was immediately cleaned
- during breakfast on Friday because there were less than 100 guests, the food was less varied, the taste of the meatballs was mostly flour
- during breakfast on Saturday there was a lot of food variation, the taste of the miso soup was very salty,
- Saturday night there was a show on the beach at 17:45
Here the advantage is in the very good service.
My suggestion with a room price above 3 million the TV can be replaced with a smart TV, lots of TV channels

I really like staying here. The staff is friendly, the hotel and room are clean. 3 years ago I still did not recommend breakfast at the hotel restaurant. That's why I only ordered 2 for my child. But when my child tried it and saw that there had been many improvements. Finally we bought additional breakfast. The innovation and changes are extraordinary. The menu is very varied. There are Indonesian and western menus. And all the flavors are really delicious. Next time I go to Anyer, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

First time we tried Novus Jiva. The service is top notch, the staff is very friendly. The cleanliness of the room, bathtub, and the area around the hotel is very clean. A kids friendly hotel, the kids love playing on the private beach. The scenery and view from the room are very beautiful, facing the beach directly in the afternoon we can see the sunset.

It is a chilling experience to have romantic days in the resort. I and my wife just escaped during Lebaran Festive. Hotel is so narrow distance from Jakarta. Facility is so complete, fire dance was so giving sunset experience like Bali.

Overall everything is highly recommended, but coincidentally there was a problem with the room door twice, which could not be accessed with a card, which brought a toddler after swimming.
Thank you for accompanying our vacation time, Novus.... in the future, often check the hotel rooms and they will develop even more, and hopefully I can come back here to stay at the Villa... Amen

The room is comfortable, the view is good, but there are not enough power outlets, only 1 in the coffee and tea place, the wifi is also a bit stingy, you have to go to your room first to get wifi even though the hotel is very spacious, I had dinner and honestly the food was not delicious, the ns grg was very plain, if in other hotels there are usually satay and fried eggs and crackers, this was just ns grg, there was a mixture of eggs and chicken in it but it was not interesting, the grilled chicken was not tasty, the taliwang chicken was not given chili sauce, basically I think the hotel is a bit stingy for its class and the price served, hopefully in the future it will be better especially the food, oh yeah I bought a cappuccino coffee on the beach too, like plain water given ice, the taste is really not good so the price is quite a lot, please pay attention to the taste
