I booked 3 rooms. 2 rooms had problems like they hadn't been cleaned properly, even though I checked in at 7 pm. Like the picture I attached, the bed sheet looked like someone had been lying there, the toilet hadn't been cleaned, and towels and amenities weren't available. The handling took so long that I had to contact the front desk repeatedly. I asked for it to be cleaned again or moved to another room on the same floor because we are a family and will be back after dinner. Never again staying at this hotel. Bad experience for me and my family.

It is better for every room that has a bathtub to be given an extra mat. It is better for the closet to use a jet bidet only, because for little girls it is not recommended to use a bottom bidet.

Old building and room. The facility needs to be renewed. The towel was worn out. There was no hairdryer. I requested it from room service but it was never delivered. The food has limited variety and the taste was standard. The room smelled of dust and looked like it hadn't been occupied for a long time. I got an allergy and sneezed frequently, so I couldn't rest well.

Overall, staying at Oak Tree was pleasant, but the food variety was lacking. Maybe because we stayed during the fasting month, the sahur menu was not up to 4-star standards, but my wife said that the breakfast menu was also lacking in variety. My child was stung by a bee while swimming in the pool. Maybe it wasn't the hotel's fault, but there might have been a bee nest around the pool that escaped the attention of the management.

The food is all delicious. The facilities are okay and clean. But it's not very kid-friendly because there's no playground and the jet washer closet uses one that's integrated with the closet (not one with a hose that can be pulled out), so it's really a challenge if you bring toddlers. In addition, the road to the hotel is dark at night.

The hotel is located in a housing complex, not on a main road. The room is not bright, there is no baby cot, no hair dryer (must borrow). During the 3 days of staying, breakfast was almost the same menu and the taste was very lacking. When the room was cleaned, there was always something missing, no drinks, new towels. Borrowing an iron for almost 2 hours was not given on the grounds that another room was being used. Swimming towels are not provided in the swimming pool.

old hotel.
arrived at 15.00 according to the check-in time. until the room was not available. and was not given any clarity on how long. waited for 40 minutes for the 3rd time to ask the receptionist. coincidentally there was a manager. finally the room was upgraded as compensation.
