Parking is very difficult for me who brought a car, I parked quite far from the hotel on the second day, security was on guard but on my second day there I had trouble parking and my position was with 3 children sleeping in the car, I have reported it to the receptionist so at least they offered help carrying things but this has been complained about but they didn't help, then for bathroom 301 it was clogged, the dirt all went up to the top fortunately it was handled, but it's better to prevent it before there are complaints

I booked King Jacuzzi room. Pros: Hotel location near blok M, You can find lot of food around the hotel at night, Jacuzzi worked well. Cons: Parking area is quite small, the cleanliness of room need lot of improvement (I found stain in my blanket, I found ants near my table), they provide only one electric port in the room which I could use (one port near wastafel for hair dryer), the closet flushing need maintenance. If you booked this room for yourself alone or with your partner is good. Because the partition between bedroom, bathroom and Jacuzzi room made from clear without wall or curtain so you can see other activity. Just for the consideration.

At the beginning of check-in, I got a room with a TV signal full of ants. I had confirmed with the receptionist for the technician, but it didn't go up for about 30 minutes. Then I was informed to move to a room on the same floor, but I had to go down to the receptionist to exchange the key. In the new room, the TV signal was good but there were still ants on several channels. The ambiance of the 2nd room was dim. And the toilet flush didn't work properly. Then the glass separating the shower area in the bathroom was also very difficult to move. Here the bathroom is transparent. For those who want to stay with their parents (opposite sex), be more aware of asking about the bathroom. Then when checking out, it took a long time to be checked. Maybe because it was New Year's so it was crowded. It just turned out that I left my shorts behind, so far the hotel has not contacted me about it. Even though when checking out, it took a long time before my deposit was returned. And when the CO said my room was clear. The advantage of this hotel is that it is only located in the Blok M area

The hotel is right next to the church, so yesterday's Mass was perfect, no need to worry about transportation, traffic jams, and a bit worried about going home late because you can just close your eyes and arrive 😄 The most important thing is the cleanliness of the bed sheets. Everything else is OK 👍

All ok. But the food is really lacking. Even though it's the weekend, there's no omelet stall. There aren't even any toothpicks. There's only watermelon as fruit. There's no variety of food and it tastes bland. But the room and jacuzzi facilities are really good.

The location is good, but the facilities in the room are lacking, there is no extra mattress, there is only one pillow and it is not thick enough, the bathroom is not very clean because the hotel seems to be quite old, but the staff are friendly and helpful, I don't know about the food because yesterday I ordered without food
