The AC was broken, it was so hot in the room. The WiFi was also bad, I had to call their staff three times just to get connected to the WiFi.

All good. And proper. The plus value of this place it has its own cafe at the lobby. So its just enjoyful for staying/transit.

The location is great, and the sauna plus jacuzzi in our room was fantastic. The staff also very helpful. Need more on cleanliness in the jacuzzi, maybe try to clean/press the jacuzzi button regularly will help.

Please make sure that the elevator and room doors work well. Got a compensate of upgrades from superior to deluxe but still feeling sad. Hope next time to be better.

I'm asking to borrow an iron, they don't have, how the hell hotel in Big city doesn't have an iron? I'm doing indonesian tour even on small cities and their hotel always have iron to borrow, and its in Jakarta.

🚩. Please save your money and do not stay here! Misleading information- I booked a room thinking I could check in at 2 because that 's what hotels normally do. But when I got there I was informed my room will be ready only at midnight and I have to check out at 6 AM! Like what is this a brothel? Service was sub optimal, receptionist was no help. She just kept smiling and portraying fake positive vibes while doing NOTHING to alleviate our situation. Ended up taking my business elsewhere. Service really needs a revamp. Information needs to be clearer. Receptionist? Ugh don't grt me started.
