The condition of the hotel is very concerning, it smells really bad in the elevator, in the room and bathroom. I have booked for 2 nights and just entered the room 10 minutes I decided not to stay, I am willing to lose 800 thousand to choose not to stay, I have been given the option of another room but the same room smells bad which makes my head dizzy.. for those who care about cleanliness and do not like bad smells, it is highly not recommended to stay here, it is really concerning, the 4 STAR LABEL is LIKE THIS.. I am surprised if anyone gives a good rating

horror when staying, the next night was crowded with people chatting, when I checked there was no one there, even though there were no guests next to and around the room, especially after Maghrib I went to Monas, came home at 11 pm. The room door was already wide open, even though I brought the room key

Lots of cockroaches. The lights can't be turned off. Cockroaches got into my snacks. The mattress is itchy. The water for bathing is hard to heat. There are also baby cockroaches in the mattress.
