Its so dissapointed staying here. I found the room is dirty. The officers are not that friendly.

Proses check in dan out gampang dan sebentar. Kamar bagus, nyaman, cukup luas. Kamar mandi bersih, air panas. View nya ya pantai padang. Dapat rate di 1,2 juta per malam. Dapatnya cuma di lantai 2. Breakfast mengecewakan pelayanannya. Makanan dan minuman di refill lama. Sampai pelanggan nanya kenapa kosong? Padahal tamu ramai. Sudah jam 7 koki stand by di stand egg corner masih gak ada. Menu sarapan sama kayak bintang 2 amari*. Gak bervariasi. Padahal buat anak2 harus lagi nambah biaya 75k. Pegawai restoran untuk room service dan breakfast perempuan minim senyum, jutek. Kecewa sih.
