I don't like the hotel staff who check breakfast coupons, crowd around and are rude. Children above 90 cm have to pay for breakfast even though 3 bites of food for adults are not enough so it's a waste of money, room requests are not considered.

The staff were friendly, but towels were not available at check-in and we had to call 3 times. The towels were delivered at around 10pm and there were no hotel slippers.

maybe need improvement for the toilet near the restaurant. the sheets also need to be changed because the room I used the sheets were a bit yellow. I have often had meetings here. for the food is the champion. because there are many variations and the taste is delicious.

Overall it's good, only there are blood stains on the mattress, there is a lot of dirt under the mattress, the swimming pool is not comfortable in my opinion, the hotel crew when asked about the wifi problem made a lot of excuses even though they said it wasn't broken or anything too complicated. Overall it's good, helped by the delicious and varied food with large portions in my opinion

Overall it was okay to stay at Onih, the breakfast menu doesn't have many choices but the view directly to the mountain is really cool. The downside is the wifi doesn't reach the room + the toilet is kind of dirty.

Asked for a view but the officer informed me that it was not possible, that view is for the deluxe type, because my room was not. The officer informed me that there was a view of the botanical garden but it was given to me, but it turned out not to be either. There were lots of flies in the restaurant, & the room wifi could not be accessed since the beginning of entering. It's enough to know. Thank you.

I also got a comfortable and cheap place in the center of Bogor, thank God my nephews were happy and felt comfortable with the hotel facilities which provided a play pool for children.
