The bedroom is small and the pillows are hard and still smells of cigarettes. The service was friendly, but unfortunately the room was on the 2nd floor but there was no lift and the stairs were a bit steep, but there was an officer who carried the suitcases. I asked for an extra bed and it turned out my room was small, so when the extra bed was straightened out, there was no room to open the suitcase, it could only be opened in the hallway to the bathroom. The extra bed turned out to be a rather thin folding mattress. Then other hotel guests were very loud and could be heard clearly in my room.

Gloomy, dark, smelly hotel, no hot water, lots of young couples check in here. Very unfriendly for families. Terrible!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the rooms are clean and the service is also good.
