The toilet seat is dirty, the sink leaks and smells, the room is a bit cramped, the boarding house doesn't have a number that can be contacted.

Please don't book this, this is a scam! There are so many victims and even local residents know that this inn has claimed many victims, the provider should also take over but there is no action whatsoever. I and one other person came to this place and were told that the guard didn't come so the hotel was closed but looking at the review, the old lady said that this is also a common scam. Hopefully this will be closed soon. LOSSES.

The booking did not match the reality. When it arrived, the room was not available (sold out). Coincidentally, there were 4 people who also booked from the hotel room booking application, experiencing the same case. The hotel owner/manager said that it often happens like that, but did not provide a solution and even offered a room (if there was still one) at a higher price.

Had booked 4 days 3 nights, but it was forfeited. No solution.

At first I was hesitant to order because other reviews didn't recommend it, but I tried it because it was cheap and close to the city center, but I was tired from being out of town and needed a rest, but because the atmosphere and cleanliness were lacking, plus the response I received was less than friendly, it made me uncomfortable and couldn't sleep and I want to check out quickly because the signal is also very bad.

The receptionist and owner were very unfriendly and seemed to belittle the guests. I booked for my wife, and the reservation was very long-winded from the moment she arrived she said the room was full, then while eating she didn't care about the guests who wanted to check in. My wife waited for quite a long time, more than 30 minutes. After she finished eating she was still busy counting the money. After she finished, she asked which application we ordered from and how much it cost. After we showed her the order ID, she said, "It's a different app, this is not the booking code." While saying that I am the king of OYO, if I order through another one I am not responsible. Very unfriendly and far from professional. We chose this place because it is close to where my wife is doing her activities and we also got a promo price from the app.

I suggest to app to start using the real condition inside of room to avoid customers will start leaving to use apps, the room air circulation really smelled and generally its totally unclean condition with bathroom without rooftop so the smell of bathroom has spread it on bed room. Traveloka need to start exposes the real conditions of room otherwise the customers will disappointed and soon they will start leaving to using Traveloka apps. I book for 4 days and I am not even stay for 1 night, I make early check out without stay inside the room without refund.

Sangat buruk, tempatnya kotor. Sepraynya kaya ga pernah ganti. Ada lalat, saat sampai diminta uang lagi. Parkir dimintain lagi. Sangat buruk sekali juga pelayanannya.

Penjaganyaa nenek galak, kamar biasa aja, kalau bisa jangan di sini, yang pembersihnya pinter bikin omong engga salah di salahin dan karena males ribut bayar denda lebih besar harga sewa. Kamar pesan yang besar di kasih yang kecil bayar di aplikasi lebih mahal.

Sekitar jam 16 sore pesen penginapan via aplikasi karena posisi habis turun dari Gunung Gede Jawa Barat terus telp penginapan nomornya tidak bisa dihubungi. Jam 23:30 nyampe penginapan tidak ada bell rumah, lama banget dibukanya gerbang, terus resepsionist nya nenek-nenek saya baru masuk udah disuruh tutup pintu katanya biar tidak ada nyamuk masuk dan cerewet banget nanya-nanya hal yang tidak penting dan pribadi, karna saya kan posisi lagi capek dan butuh istirahat segera. Dan ternyata kamarnya full semua, ada 1 kosong tapi barusan bekas dibuat pijet dan harus dibersihin dulu ganti sprei. What the f*** dalam hati oke sabar saya tunggu aja. Tapi itu mulutnya si nenek itu nanya mulu dan tajem banget deh akhirnya saya bilang “Maaf ibu boleh ga jangan nanya-nanya lagi saya lagi capek soalnya butuh istirahat” dan dia malah curhat balik dan marah kalo dia juga capek dan ngancem kalo besok saya nanya ga bakal dia jawab. Ya saya bodoh amat kan itu urusan dia karna disini saya bayar dan butuh istirahat segera. Si nenek sempet nanya tau dari mana penginapannya ya saya bilang dari aplikasi, terus dia gak percaya gitu. Dalam hati itu mah saya bodoh amat yang penting saya butuh istirahat segera. Ya Tuhan, dia kayak masih nanya gimana jadi pesen atau tidak. Lah gimana sih kan saya udah pembayaran via aplikasi emang dia ga ngerti. Emang ngurusin pribadi juga bisa liat karakter pribadi saya dari KTP. Ya kalo saya diperlakukan tidak baik ya saya akan bersikap tidak baik. Dan dia sempet ngasih tau keadaan kamar mandi ngajarin cara ngidupin shower dan fluser toilet. Ya Tuhan, saya itu ngerti caranya emang itu nenek tajem banget mulutnya. Akhirnya setelah nunggu setengah jam kamar ready dan saya bilang makasih sama itu nenek tapi dia diem aja. Tengah malam jam 1 dinihari masih ada suara rame-rame itu nenek-nenek belum istirahat. Dan suara kucing peliharaannya padahal peraturan penginapan tidak boleh membawa hewan peiharaan. Oke sabar sabar sebagai anak muda, semoga dia sehat terus deh. Jadi jam 10pagi langsung cepet-cepet check out untungnya gak ketemu nenek itu lagi, yang ada kakek-kakek tapi baik sih. Cuma sayang banget office boy nya kok bisa betah kerja disitu. Dear agen online, semoga ada kebijakan dan ketegasan mengenai hotel yang satu ini karena banyak keluhan dari customer dan juga sudah dibuat kurang bagus oleh nenek itu jangan hanya demi uang dan usaha lancar tapi kami sebagai customer ingin mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik. Terima kasih.

Kamarnya kotor, banyak abu rokok, selimutnya bau rokok juga. Setelah di request, kamarnya dibersihkan. Murah banget sih so what do you expect.

The gate is padlocked, there is no bell, you have to knock on the padlock and then the door is opened by someone who looks like a housewife, the receptionist is an old grandmother, chatty, unfriendly and very bitchy, doesn't understand the application as if she doesn't believe that guests have paid via via application. The boarding houses are very dark and closed from the community, giving the impression of being haunted. The door is always locked. Very, very not recommended. The waiter/artist/bellboy is in very poor condition. Sorry to see the condition of the waiter/art/bellboy.

Pagi pagi langsung check out karena tidak nyaman bau sp*rm* di bedcover gak pernah diganti untuk linen. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan, kamar kotor banyak bercak, bungkus alat kontrasepsi berserakan, banyak debu, pemilik kos sangat judes, pagar kos dikunci terus mau kemana-mana susah karena tidak dikasih kunci pagar. Menurut saya ini adalah pengalaman paling buruk yang pernah saya alami selama nginap di OYO. Untuk aplikasi dan OYO mohon ke depannya penginapan semacam ini jangan dikasih ruang buat promosi.
