I've booked the hotel Tuesday and immediately paid in full for 2 nights. But after arriving at the hotel, the hotel canceled on the grounds that there was an electrical short in the room you were going to occupy. I do not accept, moreover I have already paid. Incidentally that day the hotel. Used for PBSI meetings throughout Jambi province. After a lot of debate and it was already 22.17 pm, the hotel finally found accommodation for us. What I regret, it turns out that at the same time the hotel is still advertising on Traveloka. I hope what happened to me doesn't happen again.

Sorry in advance, I share what I encountered, in room 1014, the inn was not maintained, I booked a suite room, but some room lights were broken, the room was dirty, the bathroom was not proper and dirty, please fix it so that the next customer is not disappointed.
