Very disappointed, the price does not match the application promo. The hotel staff still asks for additional check-in money. For those who want to book at this hotel, please do not be tempted by the cheap promo price because at the location you will definitely be asked for additional fees ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Saya batal menginap di sini dan sudah mengajukan refund sepertinya sulit sekali, saya harus membayar padahal saya tidak jadi check in. Kamar tidak sesuai dengan view yang saya lihat pada saat reservasi melalui aplikasi. Kamar lembab gelap dan bau tidak sedap. Sayang sekali saya tidak ada bukti foto yang jelas saya black list kalo mau menginap tidak akan mengunjungi aplikasi ini.

Very. Very disappointed from the first time I checked in, the room was not ready to use, I had to wait 30 minutes to be prepared. Rooms with peeling paint, check-in time the receptionist almost asked for additional funds, because there were no rooms. Even though I already paid in full. Hope it doesn't happen to the other guests.

This is the first time I ordered a hotel when I arrived where the price was applied and the price was immediately different, I had to pay an additional 100 thousand, it didn't make much sense, the room was dirty, the towels were dirty, I didn't get the Samsek amnties, I gave up the oath! .

Showers cannot, drinking water is not provided in the room, under the mattress is dirty, sheets and pillows are not replaced/washed, toiletries are not provided (such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush). Only the wifi is good. Sorry, no photos, no time.

Don't stay at Oyo 1431, the warm water is off. The rules are strange, the sheets have stains from drinks or food, they are charged 200 thousand. I don't know where the spots come from and how come the spots don't disappear if they just hit the water. Very sorry to stay at Oyo 1431.

I bring small children, not allowed to share a room with their father. Got angry with the guard, the rules that don't make sense. Not recommended for families, better looking for another hotel.

Quite good. even though there are no rooms that are on demand, and there can be rooms where the shower hook is broken, and there can be additional fees outside of the application, however, a number of staff are friendly enough to welcome guests from as far as I can see.
