The location is very strategic, the rooms are decent, but very dirty. bed linen like not replaced. Dirty and so the distribution like a lot of sand so it's not very comfortable. you have to clean it first. no tissue at all. Drinking water is not provided either.

Already a lot of cleaning up. AC cold, fragrant towels, there is soap, TV channels, many choices, strategic location in the center of Pangkal Pinang, employees and security are friendly.

His security exceeded the manager, his attitude was not friendly. maybe the owner is disguised as a security guard. Hot water only comes out 5 minutes. There is a bathtub but it doesn't work. The balcony door could not be locked. The window is pushed open. Many buildings are damaged.

Room facilities are inadequate, air conditioners are broken, water heaters do not work, parts of the jet washer hose leak. apart from that it's fine, convenient, near the location of the merdeka park and in the middle of the city.

The staff are friendly, in my opinion I see this hotel as a 2-star hotel but there is no mineral water compliment, Bathmat and bathtowel are not directly set up in the room, the cleanliness of the room is very lacking, the bedside table is not dusting, the bathroom still has a former sanitary napkin before, bathtowel is not feasible, evening shift receptionist is not on standby at the counter, I got a room with a bathtub but no drainage cover is very unfortunate because the strategic place is right in front of the square at the base of areca nut. I give these criticisms and suggestions to improve quality in terms of facilities and services, Hopefully in the future this hotel management will be even better.

This hotel has the potential to grow rapidly, in the middle of the crowd (right in front of the merdeka lap lap) unfortunately it seems that the maintenance is minimal, in the corners there are gypsum breaks or leaking marks. but, just right, the price is very friendly in the bag, the guard is also friendly, (yes).

The location of the hotel is indeed strategic, old building. For rooms not in accordance with the photos, dirty rooms, chipped walls. impressed horror. the torn towel was given. no mineral water. Empty tissues are never filled. Very disappointing.

In budget cudur midle low, in front of the square base of areca nut. Yummy, there is a front balcony like a terrace, so it's reasonable, there is a price, there is quality, overall, it's enough, the mattress is not tasty, less clean, there is no soap, the AC isn't cold, it's reasonable, the price is cheap, but it's really delicious
