Many people are disappointed, like dirty sheets that don't seem to be replaced, even though we are in the middle of the Covid pandemic ... Even mopping, we don't have carbolic acid or the like to kill germs on the floor ... 🤔. the bathroom is dirty ... the workers are poorly trained as hotel workers ... The air conditioner is too old, not cold ... N this is the first time I stayed at the hotel, several times it ran out of aer ... 😀

The service is good. It's just that the facilities are not good. Amenities are better to use liquid soap complete with shampoo. The toilet is leaking, the bathtub cannot be used. There are only 2 TV channels that are often lost and unclear. no bed cover, only blankets, not nice to look at for Oyo facilities. No aqua is provided.

We stayed more than 5 days, at first we booked a deluxe, large and look comfort room but the cleanliness was very bad, cockroaches, cigarette butts as if untouched in the bathroom and even worse the water did not flow. I asked to move to the same room type and whaatt there was a TV without a channel, at 5:00 the lights went out while the other area was on, (how come) and after I asked the security they turned the switch off wrong ..... Woow amazing .... The second day I asked to move back to the previous room (almost every morning at 5:00 the electricity was turned off / off) because the air conditioner was not cold and tv no Chanel, the 4th night there was an arrogant notice from the female reception staff that we had to move because tomorrow the room was already in the booking, (the deluxe room is fully booked but I can still make reservations in the same room type) it seems that OYO has to learn to update allotments with me. (Don't worry man free) I was moved in a stuffy, dusty VIP room, broken wardrobe, no AC ... (I felt like staying in a chicken coop) and at the end I decided to move in a normal room at a lower price until my work in Bandar jaya finished. (For OYO management, what standards have you applied? You have set aside the basic principles of a true hospitality business.) (Cheap but don't be cheap and odd)

Very unpleasant experience. 1. The room was not provided as ordered. 2. rooms that have been ordered are given to someone else. 3. room lights are lit only 1 dark atmosphere. 4. the blanket that was given was torn. 5. smelly scented mattress. 6. the bathroom is very small there is a bucket but no bucket to shower. 7. Television no stay at this hotel is very disappointing. thanks.

Not a recommendation, a new cook left to eat 2 hours and the feeling of hair oil can be lost. Luckily the other valuables were not left in the room.
