OYO 900 Villa Buleud

Purchase successfully at the app, but when I come to the hotel, the room was overly booked.

that's really hard to find the place, dirty room, dirty bathroom, bad smells.. facilities are broke, air conditioners didn't work. OMG. it's really² bad and I don't don't like with this villa. sorry I'm sorry I didn't take the picture. cause I move to a good hotel already..

Location is difficult to reach, small way, dark, and far from boulevard. Late check in because they were late prepared the rooms around 3.30 pm. Bad bathroom, smell is not good, no heater too. And the electricity had broken, made light off in the earlier morning when we slept.

Stayed in family suite. It was actually a potential place. Unfortunately, it's very dirty and not well-maintained.

Good location but service is not good

We're having a good time here. The price is realtively fair. But I think this hotel needs to level up the facilities and hospitalities. For facilities, there are some spot that is unsave for children. A lot of construction work that can be reach by kids without any sign or protection. There is only small number of employees that is not well trained enough. So they're not ready to face the customer. We ordered two deluxe twin and one standard room. There is some difference between each room. One is a very large room with two large bed, nice sofa, large wardrobe, small fridge, but only one aircon. With large room that it fits for 4- 10 people, we've only got 1 towels and 1 set of bath room kit. The other rooms are also nice, but no sofa, and the bath room is really smelly. So, this can be a good hotel /villa but needs to be more improved especially on facilities and hospitalities

1. Mention for 2 person on description and have a drink bottle only 1 according to Oyo''s policy said receptionist 2. Bathroom doormat very dirty 3. Wall from thin plywood (asbes) hhmmm 4. Employee need to switch on the lamp from our room. Shocking!! 5. Need umbrella is raining and not surprise after above. Not available 6. Seems the rooms before is a kitchen ! - at the end, really sorry. Is not recommended
