1) Air kotor kuning di kamar mandi. 2) ada puntung rokok di laci meja. 3) mesin listrik untuk nyalakan lampu kamar mandi berisik. 4) cermin retak masih di pakai. 5) air di kamar mandi bisa rembes keluar karena pintu tidak sampai menutup ke bawah. 6) tidak ada air di tempat pencucian tangan.

The room does not match the offer and photos on Traveloka. I only took 1 hour and immediately moved to another hotel. I have to wait almost 1 hour to wait for the room to be cleaned. It is not recommended for travelers who want to rest comfortably ... because there are still many hotels that offer comfort around the city of Garut. Thank you.

The toilet room leaked into the bedroom, the smell of feces. The toilet is ugly, the bathroom is dirty, the bed is also not clean, there is no water, the point is that it really smells dirty, don't go there, you will definitely regret it, noisy, lots of people hanging out, it is not comfortable at all, already paid for two nights but only one night, really inhuman, sorry, don't let others like me, all bad mineral water, towels, mats and teapots are not there. really dirty.

that's really hard to find the place, dirty room, dirty bathroom, bad smells.. facilities are broke, air conditioners didn't work. OMG. it's really² bad and I don't don't like with this villa. sorry I'm sorry I didn't take the picture. cause I move to a good hotel already..

Location is difficult to reach, small way, dark, and far from boulevard. Late check in because they were late prepared the rooms around 3.30 pm. Bad bathroom, smell is not good, no heater too. And the electricity had broken, made light off in the earlier morning when we slept.

The receptionist was friendly, the room had no TV even though the advertisements were there, the swimming pool was green and dirty, please use the trash from the night before, please clean up a lot of glasses with cigarette smoke scattered about so as to sit a little disgusted, The villa should not be too crowded especially much those who want karaoke come busy, there is no drinking water, the towels are also very dirty, Not really recommend, just don't really recommend🙏👎

advantages: low prices, air conditioning, hot water, locations in the countryside, 6 km from the city of Garut, friendly service, can order a food menu. drawbacks: no free drinking water, small shower water, no cupboards, no clothes hangers, rooms are not soundproofed so a little noisy, there is only one towel but a message for 2 people, no Wi-Fi.

Buleud villas have the potential to be a comfortable stay destination if all the amenities are considered. This is our second visit, but there hasn't been much change. Even the swimming pool facilities cannot be used because they are being drained. Closet is also not equipped with seat cover. Make uncomfortable. The employees must be more alert in solving problems such as unburned water, etc. Ok maybe it's still reasonable because it's a post-pandemic adjustment. But next, more services and facilities will be improved ... Cheer up!

The price is cheap, but the place is not cheap! Really really nice there is a pool, relaxing place, and coffee breake. Great! Really recommend for those of you who like to relax authentic style, but unfortunately, it's hard to find a trash can.
