The bed sheet was dirty and smelly as well as the water in the bathroom, ac was broken, no even drink water provided in the room, tried to ask help from the staff but they didn't help at all or to says apology cause the poor facilities. Need to improve their service and facilities.

Highly not recommended, bad service, the place is scary, the water is dirty, smelly, stuffy, the TV doesn't turn on, if you want to staycation here, DON'T.

Very very bad and not recommended at all. The facilities are also very inadequate and not like the pictures. The room is dirty, moreover the bathroom is very very dirty, the water smells of iron and is rusty so that it is no longer suitable for use. The floor is dusty like it's never been cleaned. The mattress was hard and patched with a thin mattress on top, then the sheets were dirty and very thin. The waiters and receptionists are not friendly, dirty, and very ignorant, making customers uncomfortable. My advice, never stay here. Thank You.

Really not a recommendation, we are asked to pay for songs when checking this, the price is expensive, the facilities are not good. Even the water is cloudy, you can't take a shower, it's also stuffy, the air in the room 👎.
